How do think Jordan Kennedy is going to figure down in Lewiston as a 16 year old rookie, rumour has it MacAdam really likes him and is going to take him along slow, Do you think he was a surprise going in the 2nd round!!! I seen this kid last year he has a ton of talent and I think he is the Maniacs future stopper!

Wasn't a surprise to me, I thought he was one of the better goalies available.
I think Lewiston is going to go with Lemay as a 20 and Kennedy as a 16. They also have some other goaltenders inbetween in age. Piercy, 17 ; Grant, 17 ; Connelly, 18 ; Wright, 19

I hope he does well. Scouts have always liked him, good size and skill. Thought his play was inconsistent last year, running through hot and cold patches. He will have to be steadier if he plans on being a top Q goalie.

Yep, I think you are right about Kennedy he was hot and cold, but I think he really settled down after Xmas when he adjusted to the NSMMHL, his second half was alot better along with a good run in the playoffs, I know this kids father and spoke to him at the draft he explained that Kennedy has been working hard off ice and he is on the same training program as Roy from CB(Through Gouthro), he also said that he has spent alot of time on the ice with Bourgeois, Struthers and Shaw so the transition from Midget shooters to Q shooters wouldn't be so harsh! Do you think CB should have taken a run at him! Anyway 2nd round 27th overall not bad for a local boy.

J Kennedy was supposed to be at the UNB Crimson camp in NB, but after a discussion with Lewiston it was agreed by both parties he should rest his injury until Lewistons training camp starts!! I ran into Jordan in Antigonish last Friday, he was there with his dad trying his hamstring out at the old areana, he told me that he was not 100% but expected to be ready for the Maniacs camp Aug 19!!

I will look into it but the Maineiacs are very high on Kennedy...I think he's penciled in as the back-up heading into camp.

I believe the same thing...but surprisingly Melvin Day's been invited to Eagles camp so who knows.

Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden, and Adam said one day, "Wow, Eve, here we are, at one with nature, at one with God, we'll never age, we'll never die, and all our dreams come true the instant that we have them." And Eve said, "Yeah... it's just not enough is it?"--Bill Hicks
