....in no particular order I would love to see Stoddard, Baum and Metcalfe gone. Dress Bishop every game and when he makes mistakes, just suck it up and let him learn. Boudreau should have made this team in September, so I can see him sticking for the rest of the Season if they do clear some of the deadwood. I don't think there is a need to get rid of Metcalfe. He's a good guy too have around, a big brother character guy to a young team. I understand you wanting to get Bishop more ice time, but you can't leave yourself without options. If Bishop starts to struggle, you can't just leave him in there all the time, the kid's confidence could be shaken if you just throw him out there and let him get eaten alive.

Looking forward to seeing these kids play. I think at the very least, they can get their feet wet, see what regular season Q league action is like, and get adjusted and ready for next year. Even if one or both can't handle it right now, they can at least see what it's like, learn some things, and go back to AAA or Jr A, or wherever, and work on things.
I hope Russell sticks to his word and sends them back if they need to be. It can be easy to fall in love with young players and their potential, but you also have to be honest about it, and do what's best for their long term development. There would be no harm in sending Boudreau back to AAA to dominate if he's not ready for major junior.

Haven't seen Boudreau play since training camp, but I think he will be ready to stay with the Mooseheads now. Sounds like he might have been dominating a bit in Major Midget in Quebec .

Really enjoyed Boudreau in training camp and look forward to seeing how he can compete at this level in the regular season. I can still see that move he made at the forum when he split the PEI defensemen and broke in on net. As well as the nice shoot-out winner in the Moncton game. We have lacked some offensive creativity at times this year and Boudreau is the type of player that can bring that.
Bishop we will see as too me he did not look in the same class as say Gilliard.
jacquesstrap i think you are being a little tough on Stoddard/Metcalfe and Bahm. They have done what has been asked of them this year so far and all have added some value at various times. Should Bishop or Boudreau show that spending the rest of the year will benefit them I would hope they will be given the proper ice time and if one or more of these guys have to be moved so be it.

The Mooseheads lack a natural goal score period webber. Maybe Boudreau will be this person in the future !

Boudreau and Desjardins showed good chemistry in the preseason so naturally I would like to see them matched up together, or at least get Desjardins away from Pelletier.

I am sure that when Boudreau comes to play the five games he will be playing with some of the players he played with in summer to see if they are still getting it on to development of some lines too.
