Later home start due to completion of the renovations. From what I hear there'll be a whole new look to the concourse area and the new section 29 additional seating. Looking forward to seeing it.
Where are the preseason games going to be played?

Where are the New Seats Located ? I'm pretty sure the new club seating will be where "Sec 29" and the press area/broadcast booth used to be. I think the press area/broadcast booth is being moved behind Secs 1/2. I'm not sure if additional seating is being added to the actual bowl.

Does anyone know if the Eagles will be playing the home exhibition games at C200?

Does anyone know if the Eagles will be playing the home exhibition games at C200? I don't know for sure, but I'd assume so. I doubt the renovations are an issue for something as informal as an exhibition game. But for the regular season, they don't want to unveil them till they're done I guess - hence playing the first two weekends on the road.

I was in on Friday to pay on my season tickets. Renos are coming along great. The new section is actually a section of boxes according to the lady who works in the office. Its opposite side of the upper bowl. I don't know if that area had an actual section number. I know there was a row of seats and then standing room only behind.

It looked real good. The boxes will be real nice and will upgrade the rink. It was time for the C200 to get the face lift inside.

When I was in on Friday, it was still not that distinguishable. It was all framework/structure work being done. It looks very promising, however. Its going to look sweet with boxes surrounding half of the rink.

Whether it gets us the Mem Cup or not, it will make the building more Modern and that helps in recruiting and bringing business or sponsorship to the team and community

From my understanding, the boxes are all sold, and the new stadium seating (where the old boxes were) will be sold to section 29 season ticket holders first.

I'm pretty sure they are putting a small concessions area up top as well. At least thats what I heard as a rumour.
