All and all though, a 6th in 2011 was paid, so if you do have to send him to Jr A you didnt lose much. But its a lost opportunity to gain other assets. That was a pretty cheap trade... and it was a 2011 pick... and he could have potentially signed with Colorado. Any chance we have to give Quebec something more if he plays as a 20? I highly doubt it....I would hope not anyway.

Maybe a dumb question, but in all this goalie talk, where does this leave Joel Grondin?? Will he even be invited to camp? Anything he did last year, should be pretty much thrown out the window given he was a rookie on a last place team. Kind of hard to give a fair evaluation under those circumstances. I actually thought the kid had some talent and potential. But now with Terenzio coming in, looks like Grondin's future is up in the air.

Not exactly an irreversable quality. Sometimes it's just from a lack of knowledge on how to become a well conditioned athlete. I heard he had some issues off the ice which could have easily distracted him from hockey. I hope the team just doesn't give up on him overnight. I'm willing to give a kid from Shattuck a leg up, but Grondin did have some skills.

W-O-W all the Twitters are hoping TERENZIO GIVES UP ON U of NEW HAMPSHIRE and commits to the MOOSEHEADS as reported by Moose F/B, John Moore, Palov and Metro News who states that Shatuck says he was the best goaltender to ever play here, Anthony says he is packing his luggage for the season ( as in no 48 hours apply) that two Italians down and one more to go, so its on to Boston to get Vecchione onboard so stay tune, he's reported to be a speed demon with skill. Happy Days are coming again, can't you feel it. GO MOOSE GO I believe it was a Halifax scout that said he was the best to ever play there could be wrong but hey Ty Conklin played there in 1994 and whether people think he's a good goaltender or not he still made it to the show! .... and I'm not saying terenzio won't just thought I'd throw a name out there

I'm wondering if maybe we should keep Delmas to help bring Terenzio along. Delmas is a very good technical goalie and might be a better influense on Terenzio. I've never been sold on Corbeil and don't know if he is the one to help out Terenzio. If Terenzio is as mature as Russell says, why not keep Delmas, then in a year perhaps Terenzio is ready for # 1. (and then go looking for a decent backup or bring back to Grondin) A good 18 year old goalie would be fine for a year inwhich we might make a splash, if not he's certainly ready for the year after. Just wondering if that timing would work out??

I would think that Delmas would be welcomed by his old coach Clem in Rimouski for the upcoming season, he needs him, he knows him and I think he trusts him, so it looks like a fit, now what do we get in value from Rimouski ?

Probably 4th or 5th in 2011... Rimouski is a good fit and pretty much the only one RIGHT NOW. But other teams may become interested during camp, plus Delmas can be traded at any time. All it takes is an injury or a player graduating unexpectedly and you have yourself a couple buyers instead of one.
