I think he means an authentic jersey. You probably saw a replica. The only difference is the small logos and about $200 in retail price as well as a tie-down of course. Oh, okay. These ones were $129 + tax, I believe. Yeah, that makes sense then. I bought an authentic Rick Nash CBJ jersey for $350.

Not a huge fan of the new Jersey ! Front Crest is brutal , no real thought given to it . It looks kinda like an Oakland Raiders Fan Club Hockey Jersey . They eliminate the Grey from the Jerseys then bring it back with a vengence .

For those who didn't see the game, here's my description copied from the PEI board:
- The jerseys are grey with black shoulders. The jerseys have a black ring around the middle (just like the blue ring around the Habs' red jersey). There's no trim on the black ring. There are black cuffs on the arms as well.
- There are patches on both sides of the shoulders. The patches are the Eagles' regular logo but without the writing in it.
- The logo in the middle of the jersey is a script, in the same style as the writing in the NHL's Winter Classic logo. The word "Cape" is above the word "Breton" in white script, and the Breton links into some sort of a wing design.
- The numbers on the back are white with small back trim. The nameplates are black.
I'm sure pictures will surface soon enough, but for those who didn't see them, that's what they look like.

I wasn't a big fan. In honesty when I first saw them I thought they took the easy road and just decided to use a generic design that would save money. With the grey and black they were able to use the helmets, gloves and pants they use with the regular jerseys. Just my opinion but its like the Q said everybody needed a third jersey this year and Cape Breton said just give us something simple and won't cost us much.

I don't mind them, I like the Gray as the base color, makes it stand out, but I would have added a little of the yellow from your colors, like some thiner yellow bands on top and bottom of the black bands on the arms or some yellow for the logo lettering on the front. It's not the worse 3rd jersey I've seen but all in all a good try. I don't like it when teams go completly away from their colors.
