any updates on ticket sales thus far for games 1 and 2? 2500 tickets left for both games as of yesterday mid-afternoon. As mentioned, you can see roughly how many tickets are available now as the seat selection applet is back.

The Bob holds 4000 for a sellout, and has 3100 actual seats. For the Screaming Eagles games we got 2400 and then 2200 and change. With a club like Halifax coming in, I hope we do better.

Like last year, I expect you'll get a couple hundred "transplanted" Haligonians come over from Ottawa to cheer on the Moose. Lots of Halifax residents working with the federal government or the department of national defense in Ottawa.

Shame both games this weekend aren't sold out. If the roster on both of these teams where the games being played are meaningful can't draw out 10500 in this fair sized city, then I'm not sure if this place is a great hockey city.

You're right. Call off the game and fold the team.

You're right. Call off the game and fold the team. A little drastic? Halifax is doing well enough, but for this weekend they ought to be doing better at the gate! Has Alberta taken more hockey fans out of Halifax?

Has Alberta taken more hockey fans out of Halifax? A lot of religious folks would not attend a hockey game on Good Friday. Easter weekend is family time for lots of other folks (visit from out of town, etc.).

Even if people are out of town, you'd think there would be enough people left in the city to sell the place out.

Which city/town in Eastern Canada should Bobby move the team to in order to make more money?
