Thank you for your time as a goalie coach Scott. In a sense I feel like it was time for him and the organization to part ways so here's hoping nothing but the best in the future for him.

I would like to think that with all the work he has done at various levels with Team Canada that he perhaps is moving on to a higher profile gig and that it is not the first domino falling as a result of the rough playoff series against the Olympics. Either way ....Good Luck .

All the best Scott! He has been stellar with the goalies over the years with CB and finally got some well-deserved credit with his team Canada appointments. Really seemed to fly under the radar for so long. He will be missed. Hoping his successor will be so dedicated and continue the great tradition of goalies here in CB.

Apparently, the real reason is not because he wants to spend more time with his family, or an extra work with Team Canada.... not on the same page than Dumont ! Im`not surprise !! not the first one

Sure I`m not wrong ....I talked with couples billets....a lot of players on facebook and twitter chatted between them....Dumont is a one man show.....a lot of negatives story came from Val-D`or

Say what you will about Dumont and I am not saying you are wrong.
But... The fans are sure enjoying him better then the other 2 coaches. If he is a one man show and manages to find success here , then all the power to him.
If fan approval ratings existed he would obtain high scores like Pascal Vincent.
Compared to our last two coaches/Gm's Dumont is better.
Durocher started off fine and has the experience as a coach ( the 08-09 playoff run was very fun ) , but his bad decisions in the GM's office soured quite a few people.
Who in their right mind would go for it in 09-10? The team had to play Moncton or SJ in the playoffs based on the playoff format. CB could not beat those two teams before the deadline that year why would he think they would after all of those teams upgraded?
Perhaps the board or Paul MacDonald meddled with the team that year , the fans do not know for sure but most are pinning it on Durochers ego and failure to realize that we would not get past round one.
Then there is the whole Memorial Cup bid fiasco. Again ... Paul MacDonald and the board are to blame , but everyone in there right minds knew that Durocher could tell there was no way we could be competitive enough to even attempt the bid.
Then there is Choules. That guy is the biggest dummy I ever saw and treated the players ( who are teenagers ) like shit.
Roux is just as bad as he was an armchair GM. Imagine running a team from his house in Quebec. What a joke that was.
My main point is that Dumont is a god compared to what we had to deal with the past few seasons...

Will see....I`m not saying you are wrong....but I don`t think Roux was a joke ! I liked his job, Gm with experience...He maked some interesting trade....Ellis for Haché, Beaton, and 2nd round pick not too bad....Shaw for Corriveau and a 3rd round pick....Lavoie for a 4th round with Chicoutimi, Rose for a 3rd round pick with BC....and some good draft picks...Deslauriers ( problem with the coach ) after Rioux was fired,Bureau, Bishop, Pelletier, Darcy (USA)
We will see if Dumont is a god !!!

I suppose I should clarify.
Roux himself is not a joke but the whole philosophy of running a team from his house is. You run your team with your team , not from your home.

Agree with you......it´s not the best situation running a team from his house.......but I stay with my evaluation .... he maked a décent job .....do?t forget Patrick Roy signed him only few days after he was fired by CB
