Interesting that they are doing one game from Halifax with the rest of them all from Quebec. Even more interesting that it's Shawinigan vs Halifax: Two mid-pack teams if that. The fact that it's in Halifax tells me that the game will be shown on Sportsnet as well. I guess there wasn't a better game for Sportsnet to show Halifax in? Or there might be a connection with Hockey Day in Canada which is live from the Metro Centre (Scotiabank Centre) the next night.

Sportsnet will already have cameras and crew in Halifax so might as well do a Friday Night Hockey game while they're there.

I'd be okay with it being the same price so long as it's better quality but hey if it's better quality and better price, bonus.
