Cape Breton and Charlottetown seem to think they are the class of the division this year. I would have thought we would get more respect as we appear to be fairly deep, solid in all areas and only missing a top six forward and a top four defenceman (at this point in the year). How does everyone else think we will do this year?

Just like you guys the Eagles and Islanders have some question marks. There's 4 teams that will battle for the division crown Halifax is no slouch either. Than in my opinion Saint John and Bathurst are quite a ways behind on paper but we all know how a team looks on paper doesent get 2 points it should be fun too follow this year. Right now I may sound biased but my predictions are as follows. Charlottetown (93) Moncton(89) Cape Breton (88) Halifax(79) Saint John(63) Bathurst(59) These will probably be way off but just my thoughts good luck guys.

I'm afraid they'll want to go "all in" based on beating up on SJ and Bathurst.

I am willing to bet we go all in, this most likey beening the last year for Barbs - Tkachev - Sweeney and Dubeau and with a couple of holes to fill I would bet we go all in, just my opinion. Go Cats Go

Go Cats Go That would put them in an even worse situation than the mediocrity of the last 3 years. Cupboards are not strong enough to make any kind of deals... What tradeable assets do they have? 2015 1st rounder 2016 1st rounder A few 2nd tier young players, Jacob Cormier Olivier Holwell as futures If you trade those assets to load up, you have nothing to rebuild with and no 1st for 2 years. The cupboards are already as bare as any point in franchise history.

I can't disagree with you, put you know how competitive Mr. Irving is, he wants to win a Memorial Cup and he has a good core of players that won't be around next year, that's why I think he will go for it this year.

Winning a Memorial Cup won't happen making half assed runs like 2 years ago and (potentially) this year. Teams that won Memorial Cups are usually stacked.

RKI can't stand Maritime teams around him winning the Memorial Cup, with the Cup in the Q this year he will be going all in.

Moncton needs someone to play with Barbashev , and a strong puck moving D-man, if team chemistry is strong like last year, they will be a very good Team.

Rimouski/Chicoutimi/Cape-Breton I realize that is your opinion ... but CB is in our division and doesn't fit the answer to my question to Billy. It does if Darcy is back. Hache is another question mark. They are better than Moncton and got 4 first round picks to reinforce their team if needed. They are in a different situation and will surely try to win the Division and go for it.

You aren't listening. Billy said the top 3 to 5 teams are in other divisions ... which therefore would not include CB in his opinion. I asked him who those teams were. I'm not suggesting you are incorrect with those 3 teams ... but I wanted to know who he was referring to.
