This reffing in Quebec is actually insane...

Not a good period, stupid penalties and poor defensive play.Neither goal was Sullivans fault, he actually made some good saves while the Armada were on the power play.Jason Bell caught out of position on the second goal, he sure needs a lot of work on his defensive play.

Bell has been brutal this game, and yeah Sullivan has actually been really good, could've easily been 4-0.

Anyone else watching this debacle? For a team that everyone is predicting to be near the top of the league this year, they have a long way to go. They are terrible defensively, not going to win at any level allowing 5 or 6 goals a game. Poor Sullivan was all alone the first two periods. Almost all the goals against tonight caused by giveaways. Seems like we have the same problem as last year, goals against. Need major improvements in this area to have success.

I just turned it back on, pretty much agree with everything you said, hard to win games if we need to score 6+.

Well were in the same boat as you guys we can score a boatload but we lack defence as well so yeah this should be a wide open division.

Need a save from Brassard... starting to comeback and then he just blows the wind right out of it.
They have 21 shots and 7 goals, that's just unacceptable.
7-5 final score, before this game BLB had only scored 4 goals in their 4 total games, lol.

It's a work in progress, but on a plus side Beaudin is a gem. We can score goals but Dumont has every D on the rush, I think there should be at least 1 stay at home D pair

OOPSSS Here we go again can we at least say that maybe just maybe it's not the goalies again this year different goalies same situation but come on it's early folks and everyone knows when the boys get back from the NHL it takes some adjustment's before things start going well so let's just hold off a bit and we can talk again in a couple of weeks

I still don't believe it's what we do this year in terms of loading up. I think 2015-2016 is our year to go for it and we shouldn't rush things. We are still a very young team especially on D where it counts the most. We have a year to develop the studs that we have in our line up and we have the assets to get us the players we need to move forward next year. ( That may mean 19 year olds this year) If we make a push for it this year in the playoffs than great! - Bonus! But this year should be the year of experience. Not the year of expectations. Yours truly CB67 The guy that expects us to win "every" game.

Not impressed with the effort last night against the Armada. We're not going to win many games allowing 7 goals against. Our defensive coverage was terrible, got stuck in our end a lot and turned the puck over at every turn. As a whole I was expecting much more from our defence this year with the additions of Deschamps and MacIntyre but so far they have fell short. Last night Jason Bell was terrible, I hope we get rid of him at the trading period and get back a defenceman who actually knows how to play his position. The kid has tons of skill but has no clue when to pick his spots to rush with the puck and often looks lost when we're in our end and require smart positional decisions. I guess we can hope for a better effort against Shawinigan.

I'd love to see a better effort tonight but it is the last game of a 3 in 3 so you know they're pretty worn out now.
Still optimistic though, not sure if Shawinigan is starting Cupper or not, but I'll say 5-3 for us today.

This is still a young team that has learn how to win. They are a lot of fun to watch and yes will be frustrating at times but as they prepare for their goal of winning next season they will make mistakes and go through bad stretches. Not sure what expectation are after 6 games but they will be fine. As far as trading Bell that is a little early and harsh. He makes lots of mistakes but we will see how he adapts to them. Deschamps and Macintyre are solid defensive defenseman, Lalonde is looking very solid and quickly becoming an overall defenseman that every team needs and Leveille is playing well and learning to be a number one defenseman. I suspect Leveille and Lalonde will keep growing their overall game and Bell is an offensive defenseman who may be able to run your power play and be careful with him at other times. Up front the Russians are great, Evgeni is spectacular and still learning the style and play, Lazerev looks good and we have the leading goal scorer tearing it up. Enjoy it this season will be a blast.

I am going to leave all premature reaction to the wayside. We have only played a few games. In a few weeks if their D still plays like this I will complain quite a bit though. Offence is firing on all cylinders but defence gets you deep in the playoffs.
