This should be a very ugly weekend. The Cats are awful. They have absolutely no scoring to speak of whatsoever. Management has completely missed the boat on every possible free agent in the off-season and at the start of this season. They were blinded by past performances of said free agents and should have known they would all thrive thru the first 10 games of the Q season. Which of course means they're all destined for fantastic seasons. Further compounding the problem are players like Cameron Askew. He may in fact be the worst player to ever don a Wildcats jersey. If management would have kept Mark Simpson, this team would likely be undefeated. At this stage of the game it looks like the Cats will need at least 10 additional assets just to be competitive and ice a respectable team for the remainder of the season. Things look very bleak. If only they had chosen Makarov in that Lewiston dispersal draft... On the other side of the ice tonight the Cats will face a team that has made all the right moves. This is a team with real foresight who look to be destined for greatness on the shoulders of their almighty Ontario free agents. It will be worth the price of admission to bow down and admire their excellence! Really going out on a limb here, but I think the Cats somehow manage to get one tonight... 15-1 Sea Dogs Another great hockey mind LOL

Wayne Long @waynelongsj
Ok next question! How many memorial cups have @monctonwildcats won in 20 years or so? Winner gets two seats tonight! Lol
Anybody think this may get the cats a bit riled up?

Ironically enough, there are more Memorial Cup champions on the current Wildcats roster than the current Sea Dogs roster.
