Charlottetown Islanders (8-7-1-1) visit the Wildcats (9-7-0-0).
Lineup for Charlottetown:
Goulet/Chlapik/Sprong Cooper/Kielly/Cobbold Avon/Rydstrom/Kennedy Getson/Chaddock/
Rioux-Legault/MacKinnon Henley/Weber Deschense/Thompson McFadden
MacDonald
Islanders will be without Guilbault and Balmas who are both taking part in the World-U17 Challenge.
Ross Johnston is still out with an injury.
Newly signed 17yr Fw, Chris Chaddock, plays in his 2nd major junior game tonight for the Islanders. He's small but skilled and shifty....he scored in his 1st game Vs Halifax on Wednesday.

17 year old Alex Jacob has been called up for tonight`s game. He also scored ! He's looked great with limited ice time in his two games called up. Wouldn't mind seeing him added permanently after the holidays. Looking good so far. Missed the game due to work but was pleasantly surprised to see us ahead 6-3 after two.

Also noticed that Charlottetown's new free agent scored his second goal in his second game , how's he looked ?
Was Adam Holwell a healthy scratch ?
Who won the fights ?

Chaddick is small and quick, could be an effective QMJHLer. Cobbold did surprisingly well against Klenaskyj, held his own against a much bigger opponent. Against Olivier it was mostly grappling, he had Olivier in a headlock. Really rough night for all 3 goalies, lots of funny goals especially for the Cats, McCallum was beyond horrible, every puck was like a grenade around him. McDonald and Dubeau both had shaky nights.

The more I watch Askew, the more it screams Brandon Shea, they keep feeding him ice time and good linemates and he isn't producing. Not sure why a guy like Leger isn't getting those opportunities...

Why on earth they STILL give him all the pp time is beyond me. Give other guys a chance. Nothing to loose Askew isn't producing on pp anyways. He gave the puck away how many times last night. I am baffled.
