jamesnorris, Kyle Farrell is having a great season but I think Chris Culligan was known more for his excellent play making and strong two way play.

Of course but culligan played for an actual team, not this circuis we have going on right now. The fact he's putting the points up he is with no set linemates and that idiot behind the bench is amazing. Put him on a contender and I think he shines.

Circus is a good word for it. The extra 1000 or so home for Christmas really got to see how messed up this team really is.

Man oh man, two goals on the first two shots on net. When is this dog and pony show going to end? Fan base getting pretty pissed off and discouraged and rightfully so.Imagine being in 17th place with this talent. Something has to give here pretty soon before the season (and franchise) is lost.

It's pretty bad you go to the rink to watch them play with the healthiest lineup they've had is a long time against a very depleted Mooseheads team and before the game even gets underway the attitude by fans (myself included) is very defeated. We, as fans, have a losing mentality with this team and rightfully so with the talent we have here and lackluster results so far. Brassard let in two really weak goals on the first two shots he faced which basically knocked the shit out of our team. He played pretty well after that but it's very hard to climb out of a two goal deficite less than five minutes in. After that loss to a team we definitely should be beating based on the lineups, changes are needed. I think behind the bench should be the first change. Farrell seems like the only guy who gives a shit out there night in and night out. There's flares of it from others but no consistency what so ever. If there are little to no changes by the end of the trade period god help us all.

After every single loss the same people come into threads and say the exact same thing they said last game as if it's an original thought that just popped in their head... it's becoming more entertaining than the games

Says a lot when the most consistent player will play CIS next year while NHL drafted and NHL hopeful draftees who will return go through the motions.

Anyone else notice Mikey Lyle in the lineup for the Mooseheads last night (#39). Also if the price is right I believe that trading Farrell would be beneficial to both parties involved. He's a quality twenty year old on a team that's 17th. If he's traded some fans would go bananas because he's a hometown boy and all that jazz but I mean come on we have to start somewhere and he's our best asset currently. I think he'd upgrade any contenders 20 yo position very well and could get us a decent return if done correctly. Just my personal opinion.

Anyone complaining about moving any 20 from a 17th place else team better have a hell of an argument more then the kid is local. I dont think he is moved because I doubt anyone over pays but we should be listening. Not sure what you mean by the we have to start somewhere. This rebuild started with Morgan Ellis being traded and still has no end in sight. Trading Farrell would be like adding another million bucks to the 20 mil you already have in the bank. It's nice to have but if you knew how to spend what you have properly you wouldn't have to keep selling assets.

I honestly thought we would see him scrambling trying to keep the organization behind him by improving the team. But hes been quiet, still losing.

I'm shocked they haven't made a deal yet. I could see them potentially trading pelletier if they got a decent package for him. To me Farrell would be the most valuable asset to trade. Would be nice to see him get a chance to have a solid playoff run in his last year in the league and I think that will not happen if he staysnin Cape Breton.

I also think its silly that were using a 20 yr old spot on a guy that gets lit up almost everytime he's in the crease.
