How many guys got out of this gong show over the past 4-5 years? ALOT. Other teams rosters are littered with guys who didn't want to be here. The russians can get out too. Face it or not, this team has been a revolving door since the PV days when they played real hockey with passion and heart. It's at the point where i am worried we will be nothing but a jr a town if the ship does not stop sinking. One guy on a board who seems to have no idea what's going on around him is not going to change my mind. Get your head out of dumonts **** and wake up. Quite a few but what the hell does that have to do with the Russians? Why specifically say the Russians? Why not Bishop? Why not Dubois? Why not Leveille? Why not Bell? Why not Lalonde? You're just making up problems for the sake of making up problems now and it's absolutely hilarious to me.

At least when PV's bottom half teams lost, they left it all out there. This team is slack(besides a small few). It s the coaches job to get his team into the game. They gave up on him and that starts with goaltending. Neither care, so they are not battling. It almost seems like they are trying to get him fired lol Like already said, if a change is not made, we may see neither russians return... What is that even based on? Some weird stereotype or have they actually hinted they'd leave CB if they don't win?
Geez...the poster is simply stating a concern if change is not made. I think it's a legitimate concern. Man, you either like to argue or you should change you name to jamesdumont. I'm surprised your not spending New Years in Saint John.

I wouldn't be surprised if more guys didnt want to leave. Why do you think they quit playing? Or do you really think this is the best they can do? They either don't wanna be here, or they don't want to play for this coach. What else could it be? 4 months of no set lines, no chemistry, wingers being main faceoff men, inconsistent coaching. Anyways i am not playing your games, no one wants to read you whine to someone else.

Anyways i am not playing your games, no one wants to read you whine to someone else. I wouldn't be surprised if more guys didn't want to leave either, CB isn't a bad place to play hockey What else could it be? Maybe they're not as good as everyone thought. Many of the returning players & new players are actually having career years but the loss of Justin Hache (19), Jeremy Beaudry (20), and Stephen Woodworth (20) on the back end was obviously more significant than anticipated. The loss of more experienced forwards in depth and/or key roles like Raphael Corriveau (19), Bronson Beaton (18), Guillaume Gauthier (18) was obviously more significant than anticipated. It's one thing to overlook the significant losses at the start of the season but you should at least be able to see it in retrospect and admit you were wrong at the start of the season. I have. I didn't think CB would be contending this year like a lot of people here but I also didn't think they would be in 2nd last at this point in the season. I didn't think the loss of Hache, Beaudry, and Woodworth would be as significant as they were but it actually makes sense that losing an NHL pick 19 year old & 2 20 year olds and not bringing in any new 19/20s to replace them is probably not going to immediately pay off. Losing some depth forwards with experience and replacing them with rookies like Smith, Boucher, Martineau, & Tower and expecting them to provide consistent secondary scoring doesn't make much sense when you look at it now, does it? The reason I don't panic is because CB isn't in a position to lose a bunch of players like they did last season. Hinds? Brassard? Nosella? Brunelle? Smith? They might be good kids, I don't know, but you won't hear anyone complaining about them being gone. Farrell? Ye that one hurts but like JB said yesterday he's not irreplaceable next year. The core group is returning next year with the only underperformer being Pelletier and the Eagles still have a ton of picks available to them. That's enough for me to keep my sanity. If the core group was all underperforming and the eagles didn't have an ass load of assets to play with, I might be complaining too. If you want to lose your mind blaming goalies, coaches, injuries, whatever the hell else you want to point the finger at because you can't admit your expectations may have been unrealistic, so be it. I'm probably going to laugh at you every time you come up with another thing to panic about.

Your right about the Core Group and The Assets ........but who do you want guiding them ? Well JB said he'd provide a list of candidates because it's simple for any QMJHL fan so I'll have to wait for that list Anyone I can name is either dead, holding down a job already, or would never realistically go to CB. Still don't think it's the biggest priority for this team. If he feels he should focus on 1 job more than the other and waits until the offseason when there are more/better candidates available, I won't be flipping out, I just don't like the idea of running a guy out of town before he gets a real chance to finish what he started. It's only his second full season behind the bench lol Bro, gear down. It's New Years, I'm not even reading that, take a lap. Have a drink and relax and take a night off Yeesh! I need something to do on this bus, trying to avoid the scores on the Canada/USA game.
