The challenge will be getting 2 good Euros with late picks in both rounds...Maybe the KHL struggles and as a result the impact on the MHL might help get Russians over next year.

There were a number of other prospects on Hodges Top 10 prospects list weren't there? Have you discounted them based on the probability of them coming?

Some of those guys are extreme longshots...like MacLeod I think there is a real risk that Sweeney gets drafted and plays pro with the strong year he's had. He's in the conversation as top d-man in the Q this year.

If Krys and/or MacInnis report, they are guaranteed to be in the top 6 which would result in having to do some moving of our current top 6. Let's say Sweeney signs a pro deal and plays AHL, we could easily mingle Garrett Johnston and get atleast a 2nd rounder. That automatically makes room for Krys and MacInnis.

If you lose Sweeney, you need to keep Johnston around to stabilize in the defensive zone. If you need room for Krys and Mcinnis(a long shot Krys reports let alone both) then you use Tesink as #7. It's not like he is a high end prospect who needs to play every night. If needed you can move Klebankskyj or Holwell at midseason.

You're kidding right? Wow, it's getting bad when #5 defensemen drafted in the 4th round have no trade clauses...wow! I would tell him, either you accept the trade or you can go play Jr.A.

Let's get one thing straight, whether Sweeney is here or not there will be room for Krys. It won't be anything lower than top 4 on the depth chart.

He's yet to commit to a college. Strange, in my opinion, considering how much of a prospect he is. Liam Murphy gave his verbal committment to UCONN in October 2013.

I think Krys can pretty much pick where he wants to go. Word is that he is 95% going NCAA.

Somewhere on HF I saw it was either Boston College or Boston University- this was months ago though.
