I think getting dominated by the 3 Quebec teams last weekend knocked them off their pedestal a bit and they are having a hard time getting back up. CB is weak in their own end also but the cats didn't capitalize on the dozens of great chances. O/K, I can understand some of what you say about the QB teams but they did scratch out one win so it wasn't a complete disaster. Perhaps they (Cats) realize it is going to be very tough against those teams but by the same token you can't put on a display like last night because that is gonna drag you down further as play-offs approach. Heaven help us if we see the same display in this afternoon's game against Bathurst - Cats have to win this one with a decisive victory. Last thing Cats need is the fans on your case aka Leafs..

ok what is wrong with this team lately? Nothing Offense is cold, they're not scoring 6-7 goals anymore and winning 6-4, 7-5. Goaltending has been inconsistent all year, Dubeau played his best game in his last start and was awful tonight. It's either he's 1st star or allows 4-5 a game. They're playing like team they are on paper and not team who's tied for 1st in the league My take, for most of the first half of the season the cats relied on 5 or 6 forwards playing way too many minutes per game. Remaining players were not developing without getting at least somewhat average icetime. Watching this game it was obvious of the overall improvement of the entire CB team. You could tell very early in this game that CB wasn't going to allow the cats to get back in it this time. Our goaltending wasn't great, however you are not going to win many games in this league with one goal. Hopefully a show of more desire today!!!
