CB is hot right now and we have Resop(no offense). I say 6-3 CB. Prove me wrong Resop.

3-2 Halifax, I'm expecting a whole lot of nasty after their last meeting. (Any word on Brassard, and how long he will be out?)

Since he said at least the next 4 weeks this will be the games(Resop) leaving about 8 left in the season when he comes back(Brassard). Just about the right number to get ready for what would be a upset in first round.

Only one veteran defenceman in Hardie and a goaltending tandem of Resop, Langlais for the next 13 games. Yikes.
Eagles have won 8 of their last 7, I believe; 9-1-0-0 in their last 10. I think Cape Breton takes the next chapter in the Battle of Nova Scotia.

What kind of record do we want to see with Brassard gone for a month? It's a good time for Resop to grow. I know the trade period is over but what are the chances we could go after a 20 goalie I think you can get them all year or sign a free agent; because what do we do heaven forbid Resop goes down?

Front office is probably not as worried as you and adding a 20 goalie makes no sense for so many reasons unless Brassard gone for year and even then probably not. They would go with drafted goalies like so many other teams have. Teams have several for injuries. theqnews.net/2015/01/24/mooseheads-recall-goaltender-kevin-martin/

Going to be a tough game for sure, hopefully we can score a few goals and the home ice will give us a boost.

Ehlers' sh goal (18:04) scored at the exact time as Bent's penalty? Did Cape Breton score into their own net on a delayed call?

Pretty good effort by all involved on the Moose side tonight. I'm convinced we have zero secondary scoring. But Meier and Ehlers keep winning games for us. Resop played well. Thought he deserved a star. The one goal he let in was a nice tip.

Cape Breton and their fans should do less whining about the officiating; I know I'll admit I do it too but I really am trying to work on it this season. Meier a shot to the head my goodness I missed that play all I saw all night was Meier getting tripped and two high sticks to the face. Great game from the team tonight; very disciplined like Dom said on the post-game show seemed to have a bit of trouble getting the puck out of our own zone tonight I know it was bouncing a lot. First, lots of chances for both team Cape Breton had some good pressure on us till the shorthanded goal by Ehlers from behind the net. Second; Boys played really well nice to see Gads score one;he had a very good game tonight and Sam Hunter has also really grown on me too he's a good steady young d-men were going to have for awhile. Third, Cape Breton got to within one it was a lucky goal; Resop was very solid tonight and made some huge saves nice to see him have a couple of really good games because he's going to have to run with it for February I hope he keeps it up against Bai-Comeau. Solid team win tonight; the boys had so many chances Ehlers restored our 2 goal lead and could have had a hat trick if his stick didn't break in half. Meier and Ehlers are by far our most dangerous players, Gads has flashes too but I hope we get some secondary scoring against Bai-Comeau.
