jeez what a wild 1st period ... enjoyed the game so much last night I thought I would have a few and listen to the game .. 4-3 after one period
before we got the Titan my son seahawk and I used to drive to Moncton to watch Q games and my first game they played Chicoutimi with Ramzi Abid my all time favorite junior player .. I guess deep down I am a Wildcats fan .. hehe
in any case I hope you guys win this one and I have to say I was impressed with the play of Bower last night plus the way your D moved the puck and kept the Titan on the perimeter for most of the night
your D scored 4 of the 5 goals ... yes Garland just scored to tie the game ... 23rd of year ... reminds me a lot of Marcel Dionne same height but Marcel was 5'09 190lbs playing for St Cath Blackhawks in the OHL ... very solid on his skates ... had 2 cousins the Kennery brothers who played in OHL on that team later on ..

Garland had 5 points...but was -3
weird night for the top line, they played great on the Pp, not so much 5 on 5...thatincludes Johnston and Sweeney

That was much more like the games we saw in the first half of the season as opposed to what we've seen lately.
Kind of concerning that the top line and defence pairing were on for so many goals against, but most of that was in that incredibly wild opening period. Dubeau continues to be an adventure in the net. It would be nice if they can somehow conjure up the Dubeau from last season.
Either way it was good to get that win. Should help build up some confidence for a big week coming up.

Yes, a good win for sure. Only area of note from where I sat was Dubeau first period. He was shaky and let in goals that may have let the game get away if Cats (up front guys) played like they did against CB and Bathurst(home games). Lucky it didn't and he rebounded in second/third, also Barb, Garland Askew had pretty goals/setups and PP was great. All in all a good foundation to face some teams next week.
