OK........So who gets the Cage in Halifax ? Gotta be Sullivan at this point, and that isn't to say Belanger hasn't played well, because he has. Sullivan has just been that good. I agree Bélanger has played well, however, they lost the last game he played goal against Halifax also he has a 3.96 GAA AND A 0.867 % FOR FEB WHERE Sully has won his last game against Halifax and in Feb has 1.50n GAA AND A 0.932 % also Bélanger seems to have a higher GA per game as of late and when playing teams like Halifax it make a difference. We need wins and we need to go with the best goaltender on that day. And yes they are both good but Sully in my opinion is just a bit better today. However, I am not the coach.

My guess would be Belanger tomorrow due to the back to back games.

Svechnikov is now 1 point behind Viktor Hertzberg for the "Rookie" season point total. CAN HE GET 1 MORE POINT THIS SEASON?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? That is a joke right? ? Dead Sirius

I'm confident in whoever they start. Both have been really good.
Sullivan has been great the past month but I also think Belanger has been great as well.
I just keep thinking back to that Rimouski game and the way Belanger kept us in it with those back to back break away saves and a few more dandies throughout the game.
It might just be me but it seems like Sullivan has had the easier games of late in the crease then Belanger has.

My guess would be Belanger tomorrow due to the back to back games. WAIT Bélanger played January 3 and January 4th also Jan 23 and January 24 so what is this Back to Back thing, not a factor in the past and not now is it its about winning or should be.

Good point but what about the game with the Saint John Sea dogs also the third game on the road and the team was tired but he was the winning goalie in that game? Low goals against once again just saying.

It is possible for goalies to play back to back nights but given they are travelling tonight I would expect them to with Belanger but I am not making the decision in any case. To be honest, I have confidence in both guys right now so it is not really the biggest thing on my mind for the game in Halifax. I am hoping we can have a better game than the last one in Halifax by our skaters or who the goalie is will be moot. Would certainly be nice to break the Scotiabank Centre jinx tomorrow!

I agree to breaking the Scotiabank Centre Jinx for sure its time and i am not making the decision either however i think Sullivan has the best chance to break the Jinx, just what i would do if i was the coach but i am not so its up to Dumont.

It's a tall task!!! 1 point in 15 games? He's meant to be an NHL first round pick, not a generational talent!!!

Sort of a no brainer, I think. Sullivan throws up another game with 2 goals or less against, go with the hot hand see if we can break the jinx in Halifax.
