Highlights of yesterdays game in Baie Comeau. Although the highlights end after Baie Comeau makes it 4-3.

Easy there tiger. Their last bus had seats that turned into beds. So what happened? ?? Did the bus get traded? A lot of teams don't actually own their own individual bus. They are owned by a charter company and the bus(es) that have the team name/logo on it/them are given to the team for road trips and such when available. However if the bus with the Screaming Eagles logo happens to be rented out for one of those long week/weekend US shopping trips, it suddenly is unavailable, and the team gets "stuck" using the next best bus available.

Thanks for the explanation . However, given that the Eagles have a preset schedule and everyone knows when they will be needing the bus why can't the charter company not make sure they do not charter their bus for those dates? Do they provide the bus at not cost to the Eagles? Or next to no cost?

I imagine the team and charter company work something out between them and it would be different in each case for each team/company. Safe to say some sort of discount would be involved I'm sure. While it does seem like it should be rather simple for a team to book the "team bus" (or whatever you want to call the bus with their logo on it) for every game of the year seeing the Q schedule is a set thing and comes out rather early, I don't think it is as easy as it appears it would be. Pretty sure there have been times where the Sea Dogs had to travel on buses that didn't have their logo on it. Why? I haven't a clue.

Ouch so no Svechnikov against the Islanders , Cats or Moose.
Any word on Farrel or Bishop?
When do we ever get to see this team ice a full line up.
