Our defense core next year makes me excited.
Who knows whats gonna happen tomorrow? Probably something unexpected, so I'll say a shutout for one of the goalies.. who knows which one.

I have a woman that sits close to my seat that has an absolute hate on for Duncan MacIntyre who, don't get me wrong, I've criticized in the past but is playing probably his best hockey as an Eagles as of late. Every time he's on the ice it's "do something MacIntyre, hit someone MacIntyre, what are you doing MacIntyre". It's sooo annoying. She says a whole lot of other crap too that clearly demonstrates she has a very limited knowledge of hockey as a whole. Now about the game tonight, like many have said it was a great effort considering our depleted lineup. Goaltending for both teams was terrible and the refs never disappointed in calling yet another barrage of bullshit penalties while missing a ton of obvious ones. We were a turn over machine in the second period and that hit from Verrier on Lalonde better be a suspension. The Martineau hit wasn't nearly that bad and he got a game. We shall see what comes of it. Should be an exciting game five tomorrow. Let's go Eagles.

Noticed Leblanc was not behind the bench. Wonder if Quebec said something.

@kathleenlavoie: Walls: Marcus Cuomo is an uncertain case for tomorrow. #lesoleil

Missed the game tonight. Very surprised it was only 6-5.
Man on paper Quebec should have trounced us.
Kudos to the team for keeping it so close with the line up we had.
Will we get Farrel and/or Lazarev back tomorrow I wonder?

Well, we kept it close. The refs were not the best. I expect to see Sullivan tomorrow. Also will help getting Martineau back. He gives it his all every shift ! Nice to see Smith step up when he was given the chance!

Correct, he plays his heart out every shift. He may be a big player for us in years to come. Also I must say Dubois is playing really well for his first playoffs. Kid has a great hockey sense.

If I didn't know any better and I watched Dubois for a game, I'd say he was an 18 or 19 year old player. His hockey IQ for his age is through the roof. His size doesn't hurt either. I'm predicting he out does Sheppard here in CB.

Should be another barn burner tonight.Hope Sullivan gets the start.Jacob Smith certainly stepped up in a big way. Martineau returns tonight and hopefully Farrell and Lazarev. One thing I was disappointed in was the lack of pushback from our team after the hit on Lalonde. Someone should have stepped in there and challenged someone, anyone. Noticed their tough guy Turcotte came right over the boards when Cuomo got hurt but he could not find a taker on our team. You cannot allow the other team to run your players like that.

I'd say Sullivan vs Booth tonight but who knows, never know what kind of goaltending you're going to get in these games (7 total in the QC games , 22 at the C200 so far) lol
If Verrier isn't suspended at the very least 1 game, then this league is a big joke, simple as that.

That was my conditional clause ........ . ^ For the Record......."IF" he is not traded as some sort of player to be named later in the Summer of 2016 , I say he does leave here ahead of Sheppard .
