Now that we just finished the 2014-15 season I'd like to know what would you do next season if you were the GM and had ice a roster and from te 19's we currently have who would be your twenty's?

Lazarev (19) - Svechnikov (19 i think?) - Dubois (17) x (new 20) - Bishop (19) - x (19 year old playmaker?) MacSween (19) - Martineau (18) - Boucher (18) x - Tower (18) - x
LeBlanc (19) - Leveille (19) Gosselin (20) - MacIntyre (19) Lalonde (18) - Deschamps (19) Beaudin (17)
Belanger (20) Random Backup Goalie or Colby Muise
Something like that? Lots of holes in our offense but I imagine the D will be relatively unchanged, maybe minus Deschamps for someone else.

Boucher will take over the Brunelle role ....I don't see MacSween back....I see Tower playing in the Top 9.....I see Colby Muise playing here next year .

I'm not sure about tower in the top 9, don't see much offensive upside for him, but we'll see.

Do you guys think this is the go for it year? Next year our 20s slot will be filled by Lazarev Svechnikov and Bishop and Levielle and a few others so it may be good thus year to get the most talent we can at once. Any way you go about I think it should be within these next 2 seasons.

Declan Smith is a good offensive player that could make the team, Alex Bonaparte would be a great bottom six player who could throw hits, kill penalties

Our team was still young this year, I'm definitely more confident about next year, we'll see what happens.

- Svechnikov (19 i think?) His birthday is on October 31st so he will start next season as an 18 year old. 2014-2015 Age 17 -18 2015-2016 Age 18-19 2016-2017 Age 19-20 2016-2017 Age 20-21 Farrel was a 20 yo this year but was 21 when the season ended. So next season will technically be Svecnhikov's 18 year old year. I think that's how it works.

Svechnikov will be a 19 years old player next season... it's the age on december 31st, 2015-1996 = 19. Plus, europeans can't be drafted as 16 years old players.

This is my projection: Lazarev ‘A’ - Bishop ‘C’ - Svechnikov (Impact 19)- Dubois - (Impact 20) (Solid Middle 6'er) - Martineau - Tower (?) Boucher - (Rookie/FA) - D. Smith Leblanc ‘A' - Leveille 'A' MacIntyre - Gosselin (20) Deschamps - Lalonde Belanger (20) Muise/Dugan Targets:Impact 19 = Aube-Kubel, Blais, Ratelle, Richard. Perron. Impact 20 = Simpson, DeLuca (Volts?), Sanche, Ranger. Middle 6'er = Solid two-way player who can move into top 6 when needed (O'Leary? ). Assets: Any of our picks in the top 3 rounds in 2014, 2015 and 2016, Beaudin, O'Leary, Muise/Dugan.

Lazarev (19)/ Bishop (19) / Svechnikov (19) Dubois (17) / Martineau (18) / Boucher (18) MacSween (19) / Tower (18) / Smith (17)
Leblanc (19) / Leveille (19) Gosselin (20) / Lalonde (18) Deschamps (19) / Macintyre (19) Beaudin (17)
Belanger (20)
Ideally we add a #1 C to play between the Russians and push Bishop and Martineau down to 2 and 3.
The open 20 spot would fit on the 2nd line.
A 19yr old D, Deschamps or MacIntyre, likely moved to give Beaudin more ice time make more room for some youth.
Muise or a new draft pick backing up Belanger.
Probably move at least one of the 1sts and a 2nd to fill the holes up front. Still end up with the 4th or 6th pick and a pretty good player.
Basically fill some holes and see where we are at Xmas in terms of going all in. We are starting with a good base and have good assets to use to improve.
