Well whether the suspension was merited or not I hope the team uses this as a rallying cry of sorts. Have to use that "us against the world" mentality and hope that leads to some inspired hockey tomorrow and Wednesday. It's not an ideal situation, but they have to use this as a little extra motivation to be better.

He followed him towards the boards, and gave him a shove that MIGHT have worse if Ehlers didnt turn slightly. Its a dangerous play regardless of how hurt Ehlers was at the time. It could have been a stretcher situation. If someone did that to Garland you wouldnt be brushing it off and complaining about Garland. I coach ten year olds who have gone into the boards harder than that and jumped up and stayed in the game. Sure you do. I snowboarded down Mount Everest blindfolded.

Funny how if the roles were reversed you would be the one screaming the loudest about the Q league. You are not the most unbiased person around.

Mooseheads are no strangers to getting screwed over in the playoffs. Happens almost every year. I rarely have anything to say about it, so if Garland took a hit like that from a Moosehead player, and a suspension was handed out, I would consider it pretty much the norm. However, I might be inclined to think it was actually warranted. I get that you guys are pissed at being down a couple of games, and are looking for ways to vent frustration but fixating on this incident is just ridiculous. The league decided to believe in a player who has been called for diving more times than I can count, so it must have been pretty bad in their eyes to suspend your captain. I'm only leaving comments because I love the salt.

As a outside fan to these two clubs. I am not a fan of either one but Ehlers is the biggest drama queen I have ever seen play the game. I'm no fan of Garlamd but at least the little shit does not lay like he's been crippled. He does a lot of things that irritate me but I've never seen him embellish that much against the Islanders anyway. Don't get me started on the dirtbag Bent he should not Benin the league. Anyway hopefully the better team wins this series as I really don't care who wins it. Because it's looking like my te is done. Ehlers has so many great tools but he better chamge his diving before it hirts h in the long run. Dude - calling an 19 year kid a "dirtbag" is a little much. Bent is a role player and he plays his role, regardless of whether you like the role or not is irrelevant - there is no reason whatsoever to slander the kid like that. These boys have parents, sisters, brothers, grandparents who may read these boards, lets stick to the matter at hand and discuss the games.

No you didn't but yes I do...i have no time for floppers. Did you notice all the outraged Moose players jumping to his defence? Oh they weren't outraged they are used to the Ehlers show.

Us against the World, that's hilarious actually considering most times it's Halifax getting the crummy end of the deal; I have to agree you guys have no idea how many times we have been screwed in the playoffs by incompetent officials; yes the officiating in the Q is by no means what they get in the OHL that actually have a clue. I'm not a fan of Johnson never have been especially considering he broke Brian Lovell's jaw right in front of me; so not sure how he is classified as captain material I wasn't a fan of Jeff Marchand being SMU's captain either they take idiotic penalties more often than not.

You've been corrected about this before several times. Steven JOHNSON didn't break Lovell's or anyone's jaw. Ross JOHNSTON did and he hasn't been with the Wildcats for 2 years. He now plays for Charlottetown.

They also had a Johnson and a Johnston. The most common names in Remparts' history are Roy and Côté... and there was a Frederic Roy-Côté.
