You have to be freaking kiddding me guys, the penalty shot was not deserved it was a very weak call and I'm not the only one saying that. Talliefer didn't cost us, that should have been 4 on 4 their guy elbowed Fortier in the face was not fan of that. I agree the checking from behind has to stop, so I'm glad their calling it didn't like the call on Meier at first, was ok with it after seeing the replay. The boys, were horrible in the first could not get the puck out of our end, then Dom must have done some talking too between periods because they started having more jump and push in the second was lots of back and forth. The third, they tied it as I predicted they would, then the dirty hit on Fotier which drew the instigator(which IMO should have been 4 on 4 for the instigator which by the way I freaking hate that penalty but their guy did elbow Fortier in the face, and guess what I don't have rose colored glasses it happened right in front of me.) Tomorrow night is a pivotal game for us to win, it would be huge to go to Fredericton with the 3-1 lead; we just have to be better and we have to get them out of the crease so Brass can do his thing. No elbowing on that hit. Fully deserved the instigator. You realise ppl get to see the replays. It was an obvious penalty shot, Barbashev was a full stride ahead and got hooked. Your commentator said it immediately when it happened. You'd think after watching all that hockey you would know what the penalties are for. Maybe you were dreaming that game. Yup, no problem with either the hit on Fortier or the Penalty shot.

The best part of my night, reading on twitter Rumble had words for Nik making a comment about his diving Dom didn't take to kindly too and went and smacked the glass between the benches pretty hard.

The diving thing is getting really old, I think the Moose, Dom and probably most of the fans are getting tired of it. (Well it was rather inappropiate there's no need to be making comments at kids, remember their just kids let them take care of it on the ice)

And guess what, the other teams are fed up with getting penalties because of obvious dives. It would stop if Ehlers would stop.

Dude guess what most of the time it isn't a dive he gets hooked and held a lot and try's to stay up which is difficult when your being hooked and held, and I'm pretty sure Ehlers isn't the only one that does it, I'm pretty sure Garland does it and Barbashev, at one time or another I'm pretty sure most Star players do it.

Rumble was pretty classy doing the ol`dive jesture to Ducharme. This diving thing is really getting old. Yeah game after game you watch him, he is peeling sticks off him and guys are running him out of the play with subtle interference, and he fights through most of it... yet when he goes down, people call it a dive. The guy is twice as fast as anyone out there and weighs 170 lbs, and nobody can believe he can be taken down with a stick in the spokes or a hook around his arm.

"Mayor George LeBlanc says new $107M downtown sports centre needed to avoid future scheduling conflicts" LOL. And they are at 60% capacity for this series? So when they have a new building they are going to keep the Coliseum too...its expensive to run two...eventually they will want to demolish it and then scheduling conflicts back on. Halifax is still pondering redeveloping the Forum. The schedule conflicts will always loom.

My only problem with the refereeing tonight was it was very inconsistent. The first period they were calling every "infraction" and then they put the whistles away almost completely afterwards. The Tailifer penalty was a bonehead mistake, deserved to be penalized.
Moncton's powerplay was deadly tonight unlike the first two games. However the Mooseheads were guilty of standing around a lot. The tight box in the first 2 games was working, but clearly something has to change.
3 PP goals for Moncton, but I thought this was a good effort for 40 minutes... the first period was reversal of the games in Moncton. The home team didn't come ready to play.

Your typical city council wanting to spend big $ on rinks that they already have. Throwing that $ around on rinks will surely bite them in the ass. All I see is incompetence in scheduling and a rink with horrible atmosphere. Hardly warrants another rink.

He is a known...and frequently penalized diver...deal with it. He did it on national TV... And even the people on national TV was talking about how bad the calls were, that Ehlers was getting targeted by the refs. And he was for a long time. Wouldn't have happened if he was a "good canadian boy"

Jacques strap must have let the smell get to him. apparently he must not have played hockey, because it is clear that he does not understand it .he might as well blame Halifax for Moncton having to move their game.

The penalty shot was completely warranted. Having watched the game on TV, they showed the replay several times. No dive there.....Brassard made a nice save on the penalty shot.
