1)Stay out of the box 2)We need Brassard to be like he played in Game 5 against Shaw 3)2nd line needs to come back, or at least some of it I'd be happy to see Hunter and Gadoury back 4) Big game from Meier/Ehlers 5)Contain Barbashev/Garland 6) Energy and lots of it from the crowd 7)Traffic in front of Dubeau

Nathan MacKinnon's hand should be healed by now, and Drouin was a healthy scratch for his first playoff game. Just saying.

I am a very superstitious person and wasn't comfortable with all the Moose "hype" after winning the first two games on the road. There was an article on Brassard bragging him up. Not saying that he hasn't been good since, but to start spewing stuff is not good for a goalies psyche. It is normally very delicate. Also some posters seem to be too excited and talking almost like we had it in the bag. All of this is just my opinion. It is huge to get Gadoury, Fortier and Watt, even Hunter back. I think we are done if we don't get those guys back.

I know it would cause a media circus and the Q teams to have a tantrum, but in a case like this are those players allowed back or are they taken off the 50 man roster already. Lol more of a joke than actually serious. But would make Moncton shit themselves if those 2 came flying out at Start of Game.

Most of the goals were from guys alone in the slot that had time to get a strong shot off.

Forwards need to sit back and support the young D. The Wildcats are man-handling the Moose defencemen in the pressure zone, along the end boards. Opportunities will come for Halifax offensively - especially with guys like Ehlers and Meier.

Say the rules didn't exist, no way the Avalanche would allow it. NHL teams cringe and hope for the best when their players suit up internationally. Would be cool though!

I like the positive approach hfxfan09 took to creating the thread. "keys to victory". Well done. Any negative energy from me regarding the playoffs will be in a post-mortem, which hopefully isn't coming any time soon.

Its rather simple really - Key is to have the injured players back and 100% healthy.

Prediction, the game doesn't sell out. I think it will sell out. Sunday afternoon and it could be the Mooseheads last game at the Scotiabank Centre until late September. Also, could be Ehlers' last game in Halifax. Shouldn't be a difficult ticket to sell. EDIT: Nevermind lol.

Is anyone hearing anything on injured players?
Watt is likely to be back. Fortier I am not sure. But Gads and Max never made the trip to Fredericton so I am skeptical either come back Sunday. If its a concussion on Gadoury and the bus ride would have been too hard on him then he is not playing.

If the regular season can sell out because of all the prepaid seats by businesses, and there aren't enough fans to take their place on Sunday for an elimination game, what does that say? It took until game 7 last year against Val'Dor for there to be a sellout. Guess all the fans are in Alberta. Shame. Sent from my Beast Mode phone

Sent from my Beast Mode phone To be fair, the average crowd in the CHL is probably 3,000; maybe a bit less. Halifax averaged 7,750 in the regular season.
