Seems like a sideways move I think he had some differences with management in Amherst. www.trurodaily.com/Sports/2015-05-12/article-4143362/Hepditch-steps-down-as-Ramblers%26rsquo%3B-coach/1Hodge also brought up Jeff LeBlanc as an option, with his recent success in the MHL and since he is only part time (I think) I could see him potentially wanting to join the cats if he is offered the position. Also interesting that the Cats are looking to hire a full time goalie coach this year and move away from the part time coaches they have had. |

The goalie Coach is probably related to the fact that we are now in need of a goaltender because our in-house options don't look promising. Dubeau didn't need full time Coaching over the last 2 seasons ... but we probably need it now.

Anyone know what Ryan Papaioannou did this season ? Where's he coaching now ?
And I wonder if Tom Coolen would be interested in being an assistant. Anyone know if he has ties with Shannon ? He's living in Fredericton.

He's living in Fredericton. According to the Brooks Bandits website he is still their head coach and GM and lost in the final of the AJHL Playoffs. I can't see him being there much longer considering the huge amount of success he has had. I wonder whether he is waiting for a head job or would be willing to take an assistant job. I have heard that Coolen applied for the head jobs in PEI and Saint John so I wonder whether he would be interested in being an assistant. I guess it depends on what options he has. Edit: Not surprised he is going to Saint John considering he just worked with Flynn |

Apparently Damphousse will take over Head Coaching duties with the Dieppe Commandos ... which is likely why he is no longer available to be a goaltending Coach.
