Biggest game of the season! Wildcats can't let Victo come out of this game with 2 points since they own the Tigres 1st round pick!
Cats end the losing streak with a 6-4 win!

Yup, if the Cats are only going to win 1 more game this year, this is the one they need to win.
The Tigres are already in town but the roads are going to be absolutely brutal by puck drop. With Quebec teams, the league tends to want to play the game almost at all costs but we'll see.
It's a huge advantage if the game goes tonight. The Tigres played last night and their #1 goalie was in nets. Tonight we either see a tired #1 or a mediocre backup.
If the game goes on, Garland will be good to go. Klima, Bower, Wiederer and Tesink are all still out.

Hard to imagine this game going ahead with the forecast. Victo may be in town, but there's other essential parties like the officials that need to get here. The fact that it's February and Victoriaville doesn't come back this way will probably play a role though.

I imagine the game is going forward no matter what if they're already in town.

Not sure on the owner of Victo now but I know a player who played in Victo a few years back (4-5 years i think)... he said they were treated very well owner flew them a few times a year and also put them up in box seats to Habs games onc a year I think they can afford to come back this way if they absolutely had to

They could play Sunday afternoon in Moncton if necessary (and assuming the Coliseum is available). Vic plays in SJ on Saturday - never mind, Miracles play Sun at 2pm.

I think it's supposed to get a bit worse in the evening. Oh well...it's been a while since we had a good storm game!

You are correct. He'll be sitting out the next 2 games. He got off very lucky on that one. Crazy that he got less than Del Paggio as a repeat offender.

I think they view it that he was helped into the goaltender by his pursuer ... or that it isn't clear enough to say that he wasn't directed into the goaltender.

He didn't make much of an effort to avoid the collision or try and limit the damage.
