We can play with the big boys. Maybe we want to be on the road for the playoffs. lol. I have been saying this for weeks. Different approach on the road. Lack of readiness at home. On the road you look after the basics better. More respect for opponent. As for playoffs they are sitting ducks to fall behind in a series because of that home play issue. But if they get some underdog status in round 3 and 4 we see this magic.. need to get there first. End up losing to CB/Monc in playoffs before round 3 because can't play good at home is a possibility.

Statement win. Especially without Dumais and Reynolds.

Statement win. Especially without Dumais and Reynolds. You’re right. Gotta admit I am a bit surprised to win back to back road games against two of the best teams in the league and especially with Drumm on such a heater. Not sure how Levesque was not picked before the 5th round but we’re fortunate he’s blossomed in Halifax. Not a huge sample size but enough to see what kind of player he is. Sprynar has tailed off the last 4 games but he did take a big hit to the head in that game vs Bathurst so maybe his bell got rung more than it appeared. Hope there is nothing lingering there. Halifax will have to make sure there is no let down against a Shawinigan team they should beat tonight. Would be a disappointment to not collect two points but winning 3 in 3 is tough regardless of the opponents.
