I dont collect cards, but i have a complete set of 91/92 Pro Set.
All great condition, and some good ones too i think. Scott Niedermayer rookie and plenty others.....Gotta go through the set and see some of the old players again. lol
Also have a Brad Richards "Program of Excellence" team U-18 Canada card from his time in ND.....around $25 i think. Not a lot, but nice to have.
2 autographed Patty Roy cards from when he was here, and a Autographed Mike Ribeiro card..........haha

Last time I collected hockey cards they still had bubble gum in them and we'd play "knock-downs" and "flips" with them. And I think they cost 25 cents! PS - I did start a collection of Fog Devil cards. Do any other teams put out cards for their teams?

I am a hardcore card collector. I collect mostly junior players now ever since Saint John got a Q team. Some of the players I collect is Luc Bourdon (from NB), Alex Grant, Yann Sauve, David Stich, Charles Bergeron, Felix Schutz among some other Sea Dogs. Also collect Brad Tesink and JC Sawyer from my home town of Saint John. Have a few cards of Chad Denny from the Maineiacs.
I am also currently putting a set together of 06-07 Parkhurst Autographs. It would be great to chat with more collectors on here.
Score: Sorry to say ,your 91-92 Proset isn't worth the cardboard it's printed on.
Feel free to ask me some questions about the hobby.

Score: Sorry to say ,your 91-92 Proset isn't worth the cardboard it's printed on. Never said it was, but i do enjoy going through the set every couple years to see some of the old players, and the young ones at that time.

Good for you. That's what card collecting should be about. I remember when I was collecting at that age, I didn't care if I got a Jagr, Fedorov, or Lindros rookie, I was more happy getting any Montreal Canadian's players.
Nowadays, if you look at anyone bustin open packs and boxes, they zoom right thru the base cards too look for the box or case it of the pack.

I don't collect them hardcore but I buy packs often. Last season I collected MVP's. I also try to get as many Pittsburgh Penguins players as I can, different years different sets wtv.
P.S This might get more views if it was moved to the Non-Hockey related board of the main board
P.P.S Yes the Wildcats put out a team set every year.

I don't know a whole lot about baseball cards as I mostly dabble in hockey. You can check Beckett.com. It is against their Terms of Service to request book values but for $4.99 you can sign up for their online price guide which should have about 99% of any card ever made.
If you are looking for general information about the set, then the message boards at Beckett would be a good place to start.

I used to be big into cards, still buy the odd pack but mostly focus on Colorado Avalanche cards now either at the local flea market or on ebay.

I only have one (almost complete) set. 1970-1971 with rookies such as Guy Lafleur (sporting a helmet), Marcel Dionne and vets such as Orr, Howe, the Espos. I'm missing Ken Dryden because my brother used his card for a school project.
Got a chance to have the Roadrunner personally autograph his card, missed my chance with Pat Quinn at the Memorial Cup as his card is in there (with the Canucks)
It even includes the California Seals/Golden Seals with their yellow and green skates.

That's an awesome set Catnut. I love the look of vintage cards.
