A few players on Lewiston could be nice additions to the Cats...Ward, Cusak, Gratchev...and possibly Hudon-Paquette(though the price may be too high).

After watching that game...clearly, I have no idea what constitutes holding/interference.
I think we were fortunate to come away with a 3-2 win, we fought the puck a lot and could easily have given up a few goals off of sloppy play in the neutral zone and from getting pinned in our own end.

That was the worst home game the Cats have played all year. They had a pretty good 1st but played sloppy the last 40 min.
Mills put the whistle away for most of the game, at times it looked like tackle football. not sure how Lewiston got away with having 3 guys in a scrum in front of their bench and 3 other players involved in the play but no "too many men" call. Whoever fought Lessard should have gotten an instigator, he had 2 shots in before Lessard had his gloves off.

I forgot about the too many men non-call.....I couldn't believe that got let go. As well, someone had a Lewiston player sitting on him (maybe MacAusland?) right around the blue line at the Lewiston bench at one point, I think maybe late in the 2nd period.

Certainly not the Cats best win of the season but we'll take the 2 points anyways. I think some of the Cats were ready for the X-Mas break to begin after the 1st period. Which is somewhat understandable given it being the last game before the break. Nonetheless give credit to Lewiston as they didn't stop working even though they could have easily packed it in after going down 2-0 early.
Hope everyone has a good X-Mas break and good luck to the guys heading to the U-17 tournament later this month.

I hope the person that was tended to between sections 16-17 is OK. Anyone know what happen there? He apparently lost his footing and tumbled down the stairs, smashing his head into a seat near the bottom. He was out cold. Pretty sad that the paramedics, who are the same ones game in and game out, did not have any plan to get someone out of the arena in that situation. It appeared to take them forever to respond, and once they got there, had no idea what to do. Good job guys.

I thought the officiating was fine.
In reference to the scrum in front of the Lewiston bench, I was disappointed to see, after the whistle, our guys glided over like they didn't want to get involved.
No need for an instigator in the Lessard fight, again, Lessard got clearly beat because of a lack of urgency. He took to long to realize he was in a fight, the Lewiston player got the upper hand. No big deal, Lessard won't be as apprehensive to start throwing the next fight.
