Any of the Bathurst posters want to say hi, we will probably be the only two fans with Moosehead jersey's on. Judging by the attendance numbers in Bathurst, you'll likely be able to have a chat with every Titan fan there individually and not miss much of the game.

How is he going to come back to haunt you? Just like how Stinziani is going to come back and haunt the Eagles.

He's a 20 year old that didn't even seem to have a role on the last place team... and I didn't really want to see him back until the Moose lost Stransky and traded Piette. I don't mind this trade at all and despite the team record it shows they haven't panicked with the plan to go young.

The Mooseheads once again seem to be working hard but just don't have the hands to finish, outshooting the Titan by 37-20 last time I checked but down 4-2.

I found this game to be rather entertaining with a few scrambles, a couple of fights, some good hits...
The Mooseheads have a nice team play, good cohesion for the most part, but....
Bad goaltending from Grondin pretty well killed all your chances. Nobody to convert chances into goals.
That being said, the Mooseheads outmuscled the Titan along the boards and had the upside in puck possession and winning battles along the boards.
You outshot us and skated better also .....up to the 10 minutes mark of the 3rd when the tide turned around....then the Titan outshot you guys from then on...
It was not the cohesive play exhibited by a contending team like Saint-John the day before but rather entertaining nevertheless...
You fans are right in that you are bound to get some wins out of these hard fought battles...too bad it was not tonight as the Titan is one of only a few games where you can have hope for the rest of the season.

Pretty much our season in a nut shell. Outwork, outshot and many times simply outplay the oppostion, only to lose. Appreciate the insight and review.

Having a guy like Stransky in the mix woudl turn alot of these losses into wins. We could be right in the playoff mix had he stayed and given us that big offensive threat we lack. I am impressed with the consistency of the teams efforts, particularly "team" defensively. We've limited shots and outshot teams on the road alot this year. We havent had many of those games where we are down 3-0 and being outshot 16-5 in the 2nd etc... We might be the best 1 win team Ive ever seen following the league lol. Eventually these guys will mature, and there will be guys who find their scoring tough... to go with the roster additions over the next year or so. Such a strange and frustrating season to see a game or boxscore and go "hey thats pretty good, these guys are getting better!" while tacking another "L" on... Anyone know how the fights went?

I agree and I really have to wonder why many seem to question Cam's abilities as a coach and GM. For starters he didn't have a pocket of high picks at the draft and all things considered seems to have done as well as could be expected with the guys he did draft. The players that are there do seem to put in a good effort night in and night out and are often just a play or two away from a win instead of a loss. And with Yuri he has shown that those that don't put in the effort won't be part of the team. I really don't think Cam can be truly judged until he has a team of high picks that he put together and coaches, next season should be a better measuring stick of if he's a good coach/GM or not..

Was another game we could have won......but found away to lose. I thought Bahm won his fight.....Metcalfr took on a guy 30 lbs heavier and got kicked and the guy Amoyt fought did not really want to go and wrestled him down.
Batherst has a nice rink and is a great place to see a game. Unfortunately a major topic of conversation was the lack of support and that is sad. I hope they can turn it around.
Thanks to all the Batherst fans who said hi.I especcially enjoyed chating with Seahawk.
My friend's wife commented on the way home that Halifax only had 2 lines who had any idea what they are doing....unfortunately I agree with her.

It reminds me of the Titan last season (which was our first of a rebuilding) when we lost close to 30 games by 1 goal.... Te offensive touch of a few vets would have helped, but the Titan chose to go with the rookies instead on 3rd and 4th lines.
