Correction to my post, #21 should have been #12, sorry about that.

there are too many players on this team who don't belong at this level like #21, #23, all of these are not now contributing anything and will not be around next season so why don't we trade or send them to Junior 'A' and bring up Bishop, Orr, Boudreau, Myers and McGuigan EDIT: Posted before I saw the correction (which I should have assumed was the case to begin with! ) Yup, I too would suggest the rebuilding team unload two of their better (if underachieving up till now) 18-and-under players that should be cornerstones of the rebuild.

I heard the reffing was very 1-sided last night. A friend said the ref missed 3 CFB's but called every little hook or hold against the Moose

Utter bollocks from people looking for excuses as to why a rebuilding team is struggling. There were a couple missed calls on both sides in the third, and a couple soft calls on both sides earlier in the game.
Biased officiating........

Yeah, I love how the league wants to lower violence in hockey, yet they let idiots like Ryan Murphy ref in the league

That was one disappointing game, the early goal didn't help but the Moose had nothing going for the first 2 periods and when they had a slight chance of getting back in the game a penalty shot goal that really shouldn't have been called killed any chance they might have.
Another loss but I can really say this was the first game I've seen where they didn't put in a good effort and get a number of good scoring opportunities.
The small crowd was disappointing as well, before the game started I noticed that the Subway wasn't open, has this become the case when small crowds are anticipated or is there some other reason that it was closed ?. I rarely eat there but didn't have dinner before the game and thought I might grab a sub, the Citadel fries were good though.

But I am not the only one who has noticed that Murphy's reffing is terrible

By far the most disappointing game of the year. A beatable team and a crap effort. Not one player impressed me tonight other than Clarke. Knotek doesn't count because he is a given lol. I felt bad for Corbeil, not his fault at all and I loved the emotion he showed. I hated the officiating and thought it was a mockery but we didn't deserve the game to begin with. One of the most frustrating things for me this year is how piss poor our 20s are. I liked Bahm last year but honestly he isn't good enough for this league. We have nobody for our 16 and 17s to learn from offensively. I don't think its a panic move to move a pick for a quality player at Christmas. We have NO offence and if Knotek gets hurt we'll be lucky to score at all. There is a ton of potential on this team but NO skill leadership, vocal guys only get you so far. Usually teams have at least a 20 who can play in the offensive zone, we have nothing at all. Frustrates me to no end. And besides the picks we got in the Macmillan trade, the trade was a joke. Brunet plays worse than our rookies and Pelletier offers nothing in the way of skill. Maybe he will but I don't see anything from him to even warrant keeping him next year.
Is it just me or are Pascal Vincents teams allowed to get away with more hooking and interference than any other team in the league, lol. When he was in CB it was the same way. Not going down the stupid road of a conspiracy or anything like that, it just seems that every team he coaches is excellent at bending the rules and frustrating the hell out of me.
Bottom line is we stunk and I don't see it getting any better in the next few. 1-18-1 will happen and then a homestand, with BC and Val in town. We don't win those games we wont even get to 10 wins this season.
