Does anyone know when Knotek will be arriving for training camp?

No clue...but I think all of us are going to be in for a huge surprise when the kid shows up...
According to my source, who lives in Kladno, he says Knotek is better at age 15 and 16 than Michael Frolik...and he rivals Voracek.
A lot of us figured we were getting a good one, but he could be elite, as early as 17.

I'm going to refrain from being as optimistic as Lala in that regard (though I'm admittedly not as versed in Knotek's game as I'd like), however I'm certainly looking forward to seeing what he has to offer.

The guy I know in Kladno compared him to Nagy.... He is a very explosive offensive player who loves to shoot the puck, hes a sniper and has a wide arsenal of shots. Im not going to say he will score 50, but I think hes going to be a lot better than a lot of us had thought after the euro draft.

Voracek is so good with the puck, and a set up guy, if Knotek can pull the trigger as you say, it may be a natural fit. Comparing him to Nagy...big shoes to fill, but I hope he does.

Don't forget that the Nagy we got to see was 19 as well. Knotek will have 2 years of development before we can compare them fairly. If he is as good as lala's source is saying, then I'm very excited as well, and it would change the team a lot. How many teams have 2 high drafted NHL players on the 2nd line? (Hillier and Swan) We are going to be tough to contain.

And I guess I'm not looking for Nagy-like numbers, especially as a 17, but really Nagy is probably the most prolific Moosehead goal scorer....big comparison. I certainly he lives up to it. Going to be a fun year in the MC.

Knotek is known for having hilight reel moves and he is a dynamic offensive player who has an aresenal of shots and one-on-one moves. I dont think hes going to score 71 in any 1 season but even if he scores 30 at 17 that will be more than most expected. Plus hes going to be playing with Voracek...a lightpost could score 15 playing with him...

I'm glad to hear this guys a shooter as that's what MacMilllan and Voracek need on their line... either a shooter or a crash the net guy. And concerning the lightpost, Pouliot had 10 goals and 16 points in his first 17 games last year when he played with MacMillan (maybe Pridham a couple games) and Voracek.

Sounds like a good duo with Voracek and this new guy.......too bad we won't see them the year after this season when they would be worth buying a ticket to see.

Not worth it this year Voracek would likely be gone but a duo of MacMillan and Knotek doesn't sound like it would be horrible to watch. Edit: And I suppose Moose fans could suffer though a year of watching the NHL 1st round pick duo of Voracek and MacMillan who had 44 points in 12 playoff games last year... but hey I'm sure they won't sell tickets.
