What 8 players are you talking about. You make it sound like tons of spots are gone. 2 Spots will be taken by the new Euros. Around 2 spots at least will be taken by fringe players this year that have seen alot of pressbox time. Eichel could take a spot if he decides to show up. Thats 5 spots gone right there and we have not even talked about walk ons and possible trades. If Drouin and Mackinnon come back this team will be very hard to make as it will be easier to obtain Eichel, and free agents.

Its funny to think that pre-season, when we talked about the years to come, we pencilled Drouin in as a star player who could speed up the rebuild when he`s traded at 19 because he could probably be the best player in the league in a year the Q host the Memorial Cup. Now its very likely we don`t even have him at 18.

LOL There are 1993 players that will need replacing because of the limits. Eichel is on that list! If he shows. You make is sound like its all rose coloured.

Didnt mean to get testy. Just hoping that next years team is good and not another bare cuppboard like after our last run. I know it wont be that bad as we didnt make alot of huge trades. I guess a collapsing Bathurst team and dead board has left me with nothing to argue about LOL.

I would say this is more than a normal year. Depth this year has keep some out. Most players on teams list never move up.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Daigle returning as a backup goalie next year, since he had a good year in Tier 2 Junior in Alberta this season.

I wanted an update on some of our prospects, so I thought I'd share this: Some stats from the Lac Saint-Louis Lions. C | Fortier, Maxime | 19 | 15 | 11 | 26 | 6 | D | Ford, Taylor | 18 | 3 4 | 8 | 11 | 20 |
I apologize for messing up the table a wee bit. The stats are Games played, goals, assists, points and PIMS in that order.

Looking for the goalie Brandon Dorrington who was/is in the Mooseheads system. Has he dropped off the face of the earth?

Nope, I thought that as well. I believe he was with the Shipbuilders, but didn't make the move to the Valley. I then checked the Bearcats thinking he was there as well - nope. He seems to have vapourized. :>)
