"CURRENT GMs ONLY: Are you in favour of the proposed lottery for the 2013 draft?" Here are the details of the proposed lottery: The selection order for the first eight (8) choices of the first round of the 2013 Draft will be determined by lottery. Teams will be awarded entries in the lottery as follows: 19th place – 10 entries 18th place – 7 entries 17th place – 6 entries 16th place – 5 entries 15th place – 4 entries 14th place – 3 entries 13th place – 2 entries yes, I am in favour of the PROPOSED Lottery.......but I might not be in favour of changes.....I voted on what was proposed.....I would assume others did not vote on something else.

Exactly. My comments were directed at Evgeni.

The lottery described in the OP is the lottery you voted on. If you want to propose a change, it would be subject to another vote, but I don't really see a need to re-open debate, so unless there is overwhelming desire to discuss details further, we'll keep it this way for the 2013 draft, and revisit for following years.

I don't see a need to revisit it. I voted yes on the proposal you made, and I don't have any issue with it. The lottery keeps people from dumping players and making lopsided trades in order to tank. If only 3 or 4 teams have a chance at the top pick, it's that much more incentive for me to drop Straka, for example.

Bring on the next official vote! We're on a roll with quick responses.

I don't think there is anything quite ready to vote on.
I'm working on a new scorekeeping system, that may allow some new stat categories. I'll put up votes for thise individually (i.e. you'll be able to say yes to SHG, and no to PPG, if you choose.
I think there's still some discussion to be had on expanding rosters before we vote.
Other things like free agency are things we need more time to watch before we discuss.

I imagine they get shot down but I personally would rather GWG count over PPG, so hey, I could hope they pass through. (assuming you can track them without it being too much of a hassle. Otherwise dont even bother putting it to a vote.)

If what I'm trying to do works, any stats fromt he bottom section of this report will be just as easy as any other to use: cluster.leaguestat.com/download.php?client_code=lhjmq&file_path=daily-report/daily-report.htmlI'm working on a new copy of the scoring spreadsheet that I just need to CTRL-A that page, and copy and paste it into a sheet, and EVERYTHING scoring wise is done for me with a macro. But little things pop up (like dealing with the fucking asterisk they put next to rookies' names), so it's taking some time, and I'm not really a programmer.

Hire Smiley, he needs something to do on all his travel time :-) I had a breakthrough this morning, and I think it's working properly, but now I have to go through all the pool team rosters and replace half the 'e's with 'é' or 'è' or 'ë' so the names match exactly. YDG, are those reports available historically, like can I get a few versions today to see if I break it by feeding it new data?

On your link - It's dynamic so you can only have the most up to date version of the current season. But previous seasons: 2010-112011-12But if you see those two reports I listed above and change the date in the URL you can take it back to any point in the season on that specific date.

That's perfect. I just want to pull a few dates from earlier in the season and make sure everything still reads correctly

I think this thing works. When I started keeping score it took the better part of three hours to capture, format and verify all scores and transactions. I think I've got that down to about 15 minutes...
No promises, but if I can be sure there are no bugs in this thing, scoring updates could be daily....

If the scoring is configured in a way that any fish consumer is credited extra points, I will not have a problem with that.
