Disappointing Season Ticket Sales

They have all summer to get the tickets ready.. it's bullshit that they don't have them done right now actually

Personally I don't care if the ticket is "pimped" up or not.. it's gonna end up ripped in half and then in a garbage can when the game is done anyhow

I would like to have the tickets earlier but I can understand waiting until they have most orders in to send the tickets to print. At some point you have to set a dead line and then get the tickets printed. Late comers get plain old tickets printed at the CCC box office. I had them two years ago and never had a problem getting into a game.

For all the crying they are doing about season tickets I still don't see any notice of the exibition games on the front of the CCC. there is little to no advertising of upcoming games or ticket rates. Wake up Savard. if you want the ticket sales go get them.

Are the season tickets not ready yet for pickup?

Just called the Rocket office and some tickets are ready to be picked up but they are still waiting for more to arrive. Guess it doesn't matter how early you order them, they still may not be ready on time. I asked about Wednesday nite's game if they aren't in, they'll escort you to the gate!!! Can't believe the exhibition season is underway now, and the tickets are still be sent to the printers.

The fancy season tickets are something that the organization thinks are great but nobody else cares about. I remember seeing a Guardian article in the first year and it was along the same lines as today.... tickets aren't in yet, they should be in soon but according to Connelly, they were going to be the nicest tickets in the Q.... if I remember the article correctly.

That may very well be true, but it's kind of irrelevant. I don't know too many who are pumped up about "pimped out" tickets.

I wonder what is the extra cost is to have these "pimped out" tickets made up. I'm sure they could put the extra cost to a better use some where else.

Actually, I think fancy-looking tickets are pretty neat.

First year, I bought my season tickets too late, and had ordinary-looking tickets.

The following year, when I got my pimp tickets, I was very pleased.

It's of some importance, certainly....but secondary to many other things......would you like me to elaborate?

i don't care what my tickets look like, i don't save them, dont' really care, just a basic ticket is all good with me, just get them printed and available is all, paper says we can pick them up now tho starting monday. what the tickets look like are the least of the rocket managements worries right now, and to be honest if i can give up my "pimped" up ticket and get back the replay screens then yup, regular tickets are A OK with me.

looking forward to getting back to the CCC (wow, uttering those words about that rink sounds weird) and getting to hear the new sound system should be fun, this team is going to be good to watch this year, and hopefully Island fans will come back

Season Tickets are in and ready for pick-up. Tickets can be picked at the Rocket Office, located on the 2nd floor of the Charlottetown Civic Centre, during the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Tickets can also be picked up at the Will-Call Window, one hour prior to Games on Game Days. Please bring ID with you to claim your tickets.

My boyfriend went to pick up his tickets, they said they cant find them (this is the 2nd year in a row where they couldn't find his tickets). The girl said that there is a batch that isnt in yet and they dont think they will be in in time for the game on Wednesday so you have to go to the will call window to make sure you get your seat. I didn't pick up mine yet so dunno if they are in yet or not

I went and got my Flex-Pak, no problem.

I asked if it's possible to know on what date one can buy tickets for what game, i.e. is there a list somewhere where one can find this information......i.e. if I want tickets for the Val d'Or game Nov 9th, when can I get those.

Lady didn't seem to understand what I meant, so I left it at that, she seemed very busy.

Really excited about the upcoming season, but talking to a few people renewing, and they're not overly optimistic about crowds this year.

I've come to think that it won't be enuf for the Rocket to be as good as they were last year.....they'll have to be a lot better, and win at least one playoff round come the spring......7 months and 630 regular-season games from now.

i went to pick up my seats today and they had tickets with my name on them but they were for LAST YEARS seats! booo...... so now i have to be hand-held to my seats until they get new ones printed up for me. and likely have to wrestle the family they re-sell my new tickets too.

I have had 3 seats every year they have been here and not once, NOT ONCE have i simply gone in to the office gave my 1000+ dollars and get my tickets! It is a new dog and pony show each and every year. shame on me for putting up with it!!!

on the bright side i find them very nice this year in the front office. i have dealt with a different lady each time and they are all cool so far. i just want to watch a hockey game.
