Facebook video of "line brawl": www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=6726170165&oid=4224411519Despite the outcome, nice to see Kana not afraid to mix it up. Scouting report seems pretty accurate on him! Big size difference their. Kana:#10Height : 5'7" Weigth : 176 lbs O'Connor:Height : 6'2" Weigth : 196 lbs DesRoches did well in his scrap despite the size difference: DesRoches #27Height : 5'10" Weigth : 165 lbs MacAskillHeight : 6'0" Weigth : 187 lbs and it looked that Southy(#52) and his man tied up with a few each getting tossed.

Nice to see Desroches win his tilt. Thats the only one though. O'Connor pounded our Euro, who probably never fought in his life and gave up 5 inches and 20 pounds. O'Connor must must be HFX new toughguy! Ha. Gonna be a long year for our fast, skilled team this year!!

LaLa.....I heard that Clow, Deighan, and Malouin all did not get much ice time. Can you give details on what you saw on the three of them, what they were strugling with.....which of them looked better and so on.

Is the video available anywhere you do not have to be on face book to view? Facebook onry Sorry about that... For whatever reason that video keeps failing everytime I try to upload it on YouTube, so that's why I provided the facebook link so that at least some people could see it. Perhaps I'll try to put it on www.zippyvideos.com.

For all the PEI fans that were bashing Smith last year "for acting tough and then not backing it up with tough guys" you should know that Walker was doing the same last night but wanted no piece of Pender... who Walker has 10-15 pounds on.

I'd say that was a clear win O'Donnell.. he was pumping him with shots, Main came back with a couple wild ones, but then O'Donnell looked to land a couple more solid shots to the head area, then missed a punch and ended up on his stomach allowing to Main to jump on top.
But O'Donnell was mostly in control and throwing and landing the most shots.

Rocket have a small team, and that will be something they will need to address this season, and fast. DesRoches seemed to handle MacAskill fairly well, despite that size difference. O'Donnell did get the edge on Main for sure.......but i have a feeling Main will be fun to watch.........lol Rather see Walker on the ice then in the box, as im sure all Rocket fans would. Big time scorer, Vs Pender.......good trade off for the Moose....

I personally was suprised with the little fight in Kana. He dished out some good blows to O'Connor. Fiesty little fella, not araid to get down and dirty either.

Yeah all that scoring Walker was doing last night obviously he would only want to take himself off the ice if he got to fight a superstar like MacAskill. But hey I'm sure Walker had lots of scoring plans for the final couple minutes to keep those gloves firmly glued on... again against Pender not MacAskill. And of course why would Smith turn down the opportunity to get stars like Paynter and Laferriere off the ice because I'm sure those two combined for a good handful of goals last year. And my hat is off to Gervais and Southorn for going with big brutes like Hillier and Peters, that takes some guts right there.
