K so it has to be asked: What do you guys think about the new sound system? Any additional changes? Improvements? Since we are dealing with a new set up and my brand new mentality of doing this right from the immediate get go, let's hear some feedback. PS: I now officially have the best digs in the rink, my spacious, quiet sound booth is an absolute dream...feel free to become jealous and pop in to say hi whenever you like  D |

To be honest, didn't notice that much of a change over the old one but I usually don't pay too much attention to the music. As far as additional changes, during the two games this week, have been hearing comments/jokes about it being the same music the last 3 years. Like I said I don't pay too much attention to the music, but people have been noticing it.

The new sound system is awesome....don't pay much attention to the music but it's been great hearing everything clearer that is being announced.

Just throwing it out there, i no u did it a bit last year but play those wrestling songs after or even during the fights lol like HHH and Austin or DX music lol the kids love it

I noticed a HUGE difference in the sound system and thought it sounded great Darcy. Everthing came across very clear and not jumbled as in the past. Love having the speakers directly above the sections. You sounded great on Wed night and Kirk sounded very clear as well on Thursday. We noticed your new lil spot...good on ya for finally getting a decent spot to do your job!!!
Greatly improved from the old system, way to go!

Very Very Much improved when u are behind the glass and u compare it from this season to last it kicks ass. so much clearer and better sounding.

The old system literally gave me headaches...took an Advil with me each game.
Won't have to do that any more.
And thats a good thing.

Well that's good to hear that people are enjoying it thus far. Once all the tinkering is done completely it should be something that's never talked about again.
As for selection of music, I go with what i know and there's only so much you can actually play at a hockey game. I'm sure if you had season tickets to an NHL game a lot of the music would be redundant there as well.
My computer actually crashed mid summer and stupid me didn't have anything backed up, so i'm still in the process of building up my library on the new computer to what it was on the old one. Needless to say in 3 months since i got it, i have been very busy on my spare time trying to remember all the songs i used to have. I should be back to 100% as more and more people keep reminding of songs to get.
Enjoy the season folks, we have what's shaping up to look like one heck of a team and i am quite excited!

I sit behind the glass in section 17 and I am very pleased with the new sound system. I heard almost every announcement , ( the ones I missed were because of someone talking to me while the announcement was being made ) As far as the music goes you have your hands full if you think you can please everyone, All you can do is try to please as many as you can and keep the rest from getting mad. It's a tall order but I bet you can do it. Having read your posts and listening to your music it's obvious you take pride in your work. Before the season is over I bet you can put some life in those seats.

Yah Bow Down to the King after Main Fights would be Awesome lol and the Rockey Theme for During Fights lol.....or Even John cenas Music the Champ is here lol, cant think of any more right now but there is Pleanty suited for afer a Fight but yeah i like Bow down to the King for sure make it like a Main Stay:P
Also what about Im Coming (MVPS Theme) not sure who its by but its a good pregame song or even during
