Rocket made history tonight by winning the first ever Cavendish Cup. Congratulations. Good third period and better shoot out.
Good year to be a season ticket holder.

Shoot out?
Who shot? Who scored? How did Gelinas do?

Went to a shootout.....Doyle scored, and Latal Scored, they also had Clipper Clapper shoot and Lachine I think....Gelinas had a great game, let the first goal in in the shootout and then stopped the rest....was a better game then last night, and Gelinas was by far the better goalie....thinking that Mosher may lose his back up position....if he plays Friday in Cape Breton it might be the deciding factor on how he plays...Gelinas is solid on the puck, plays his position well and looks way more confident in nets...even when the players in front of him were messing up....
Moorehouse got into it a bit again tonight and that is always nice to see, the crew of us sat near the box and some chirped.....Matty Lachaine had a really good game and made one hell of a play to set up Brandon MacLean...tho the announcers called him Matthew Lachance.....as much as we have dissed him, he had a good game and it was nice to see him step it up a bit.
50/50 take home was over 1900$
First time in the new rink, very nice, but atmosphere and crowd is no more into it then at the CCC in fact i think the fans cheer more the the CCC, maybe its just me tho.....
Was funny when they called on the captain of the Rocket to come out and accept the "Cavendish Cup" and the team looked to coach Jean to see who was supposed to go get it....Gervais did.

There is no game in CB. It was cancelled. That's the end of exhibition play for the Rocket.
