Does Vuic have an injury that wasn't announced? He is there for a physical presence, right?!

That was hard to watch.
Got to think that even having Ehlers in the line up wouldn't have helped tonight. Might have put a couple in, but not enough to win.
Fucale hasn't look very strong since coming back as well. Lets see how they do once the some of the regulars return.

I only heard the game over the internet (News 95.7 website), but all I can say about the game is "Ugh". 17 sots on goal? Either Rouyn Noranda was that good or the Mooseheads were that bad. We knew the defence is shorthanded, and it probably looked it. You would like to see the team compete every night.

That was just painful to watch. The morale in the room can't be good right now. Well - can't get any worse ... Right!?!

That was painfully brutal, they played well the first 10.00 mins then once Rouyn scored they were on their heels all night, I didn't realize though because of injuries, NHL camps, a virus going through the whole team we haven't had our full team practice for a full week since the season started according to Dom, that has to be tough. Fucale can be better but he did make some good saves or the score would of been a lot worse, I'd love to see Ehlers back Sunday.(I'm sure Dom will get back at it tomorrow I wouldn't be the least bit shocked if they bounce back Sunday; Dom teams always do it seems)

He hasn't looked good since last season. Ducharme may need to instill a system that will allow them to compete. NJ Devil style hockey isn't sexy but it works when you don't have the horses. Tight team D and wait for an opportunity...boring but effective.

Uhg. You know at least in 09-10 and 10-11 I could come home from the games and know the boys at least worked their tails off when they lost. These last 2 games have just been depressing. Just frustrating to watch the team skate around with 0 energy

They've struggled; as you thought they would. You just hope the younger d'men get better. It could get uglier if/when they trade Hardie to help the rebuild effort. Every team is always looking for defencemen (for depth purposes if for nothing else).

Even with Lussier back we could probably use one more D for depth. A 19 year old who can play #4-5 and take some pressure off these kids. Also give you the ability to rotate guys out of the lineup to avoid exhaustion.

I love hearing the radio people talking to each other during intermission when they don't know we can hear them. Not even sarcastic, I hope they keep that in. They know you can hear them ... they can't shut it off.

Just frustrating to watch the team skate around with 0 energy Yeah I'm all for giving the young kids ice time. But it's really early in the season, and guys like Ford, Nauss and Taillfer aren't used to this much ice time at this level. I guess like most things balance is key. We actually looked good until Rouyn's first goal. Then we had zero game after that. Could've been karma after Vuic blatantly snowed the Huskies' goalie in the first few minutes. No need for that stuff. Last year we started slow, and we said it was almost like we were waiting for Drouin to come back. Weird that the same thing is happening with Ehlers out. We're better than we're playing, but we aren't that good. So we'll have to deal with losses like this sometimes.

No need for that stuff. ACTUALLY, I'll defend Vuic on that because that was 100% Belanger's fault. Belanger saw that Vuic was coming at him and there was no white sweaters anywhere near him, but he had his glove hovering over the puck and wouldn't cover it. He waited until Vuic was right on top of him to cover the puck. Vuic stopped as soon as the glove went down... just so happens that was 2 feet from his face and he got snowed. If he put the glove down when he was at the hash marks he doesn't get snowed.
