Your poor announcer needs a colour man cause he's afraid to talk between stoppages.

nice to see them with some life tonight, a win would be wonderful, hoping they can keep it in check for the third period.

Hopefully they can keep playing like that. Nice period of play by the Rocket.

I'm impressed by the energy displayed by the Rocket throughout this game.
Gallant is a presence out there, and Southorn is getting better every game.
What worries me a bit, though, is that this game thread is pretty skinny.
Used to be, when there was a Rocket game going on, there'd be a 5 or 6-page thread going.
No more.
Not a good sign.

Man, Cory Arsenault is bad.
Massacres names, and is very poor at describing the play or where the puck is, rarely gives the time left, and says nothing during whistles - offers really no insight as to what is going on, who's playing well, who isn't.
All you hear is the rat-tat-tat telling you who's got the puck, till someone else 'knocks it down', as he's always saying.
Cory has never improved one iota since he started 4 years ago.
There HAS to be a way to get him to improve, but I don't believe it's ever been tried.
You can train these people, you know!

Yes, good win by the Rocket.
Another game by Coon-Come, and another solid performance. Tonight he was on with Kana and Latal, and seemed to play pretty well. Unsure if he's skilled enough now for that role, but he is proving that he can play in this league and can easily be on this Rocket team.
Nice scrap by Gallant tonight......finally a big win for a Rocket player.
Good game guys, keep it going.
Also, to note: attendance 1669

Yes, I have to agree with the Gallant fight big win for him as he took some good shots and then let the bomb go. I don't think #24 played another shift .... Will have his hands full in Vic the toughest team in the league i think.

Good win. I think that a game like that shows they can play when they want to. Just hope there are more games like that and that these kinds of games become the norm and not the exception.
