I said earlier in the week that it almost wasn't fair to have Nik Ehlers play a bunch of Jr. A teams, and his five goals in two games shouldn't really be considered overly fantastic. I guess you're right... by the same token, wins against Bathurst shouldn't count. Surprised he would play in that Junior A Challenge. He's way too good for that level. Would've been better staying with the Moose until the WJC. Maybe the Denmark hockey people asked and he obliged...? Still, he doesn't belong playing in that tournament. But on the other end of the scale will do him good to get some playing time with Denamrk team-mates to try and figure out some combo's and chemistry in a real game environment.

The Wildcats Nah they don't have 8 wins in their last 10 games. Rimouski. Nobody else has 23 wins in their last 34 games.

I can't find where the Denmark team for the WJC has been picked; it must not have been as of yet. I'm wondering how many players playing for Denmark at the WJAC will be playing for them at the WJC. Since Denmark isn't a big hockey power and they don't have the population base to draw from for hockey enrollment to put together mulitple level teams, they're some overlap. Their enrollment is around 4,252, out of a population of 5,569,077 (according to the IIHF website; don't know when those stats were complied). Still, he's likely so much better than the rest of his teammates, it'll help them, not sure how much it'll help him, though I may be wrong. He's the best player in that tournament nothing much doubt. Not sure going up against other Junior A players helps him that much.
