Notice whos not
Cold player: Ryan Mior, Gatineau Olympiques One overage goaltender was hot last week while another struggled. Mior was beat nine times on 73 shots in two losses to Cape Breton and Halifax, giving him a 0.877 save percentage through those games. Mior will need to step his game up quickly if he doesn't want to lose the starting job to rookie Maxime Clermont, who played well in two other games last week.

Typical Mior. Mior sucks. Why would a team ever have hope in him.

Typical Mior. Mior sucks. Why would a team ever have hope in him. We did at one time. With the exception of his last season here, he played well and kept the Rocket in alot of games that they had no business being in. He may not have been playing his best hockey when he left here, but I think he deserves better than that for the time he did spend here.

Mior lost his 2 games this weekend because our team did not show up at all. The first game in Cape Breton, the Pics played absolutely horrible and Benoit Groulx stated in the papers that his team played scared and no better than a Junior 'B' team. The game in Halifax, for those who watched it, we were completely dominated from start to finish. We scored 3 quick goals on a shaky Pelletier. Mior was phenominal - with the exception of the 3rd goal - in that game but too many defensive breakdown caused us that game.
Clermont did play well but in Moncton, the cats hit 4 goal posts and we were very lucky in that game to win it.
Mior is doing very fine and is a big reason for our team's success so far because we have many young players are were not expected to contend at all but, I don't know how this team does it every year, we're up there again in the standings.

Clermont played well in Saint John I thought but they were very lucky to win that game also. They tied the game with 1:20 left and won in the shootout.
