Did you quote the wrong guy or? I never mentioned anything about the Wildcats winning the series.
Nope I'm quoting the right guy - you don't have to say you think Wildcats will win the series - when you post the highlights of a game we know the Mooseheads lost on the opponents fan board- you don't really have to "say" anything. I'm simply pointing out that there is so much more hockey left to play in this series. No intention to offend.
If people can only post if they think their team is going to win the series then the Mooseboard would have been empty before game 1.

LOL!! How bout we call a spade a spade here - Moncton in no way dominated the game, I will give them period 1, but periods 2 and 3 were all Moose! Dubeau was better last night for sure, but I don't think winning the game by 1 goal merits thinking Moose lose this series. There is still a LOT of hockey to play boys!
Brassard was not great in that game. He was facing almost 50 shots in some of those Shawinigan games but had a down game and that could also be why it is not 3-0 Halifax right now.
Why? Because you're a caveman obsessed with the perception of being macho?
Are you suggesting that it is "progressive" or "transcendent" to embellish penalties in sport? Lol. The reason people take issue with diving is because it's dishonest and unsportsmanlike.

No, not rally. But if somebody responds to something I say with meaningless drivel then I can respond in kind. I have no issue with that.
I get that it's dishonest is unsportsmanlike, but so is whacking a guy in the back of the leg with your stick when the refs aren't looking or after the whistle. All this shit happens, doesn't make it right, but the diving is the only thing that people whine and moan about.
It's part of the game now, unfortunately. In every other aspect of this sport players will bend the rules in any way they can to try to get an advantage, so why is it acceptable then but not here? The real answer is it shouldn't be acceptable at all, but, it happens. As the saying goes, if you ain't cheatin', you ain't tryin'.
Of course, as previously mentioned, the solution for this is simple : Call infractions more strictly, and call the diving more strictly. And never, ever, ever ,ever, EVER, call a dive and a trip at the same time. It's one or the other. That shit drives me nuts.

The game has softened up so much in the past decade its insane. Esp the NHL. Fighters can barely get jobs anymore and if they eventually ban it, the injuries/dirty hits/embellishment will increase. Its a shame really.

This whole diving agenda is stupid, especially watching Garland and Barbashevs performance last night.
Refs just gotta do their job and protect the star players here in playoffs, so far I have no complaints
