What would the Rocket look for from RN?
Bourdon Émond Casavant?-Playing Midget, but very skilled.

What would the Rocket look for from RN? Bourdon Émond Casavant?-Playing Midget, but very skilled. I would be extremely surprised if RN was willing to part with Bourdon as he has been great for them. Both Emond & Casavant are good prospects. Emond was a 2nd round pick and is with the team and the fact he only has a few points is likely reflective of him playing limited mins on a powerhouse. I thought he was considered more of a 2 way player though. Casavant was the 9th overall selection in this year's draft and supposed to be very skilled offensively and is among the league leaders with 17 goals and 43 pts in 27 games in midget. However, I remember hearing something about his skating being below average which might be the reason why he isn't with the huskies now although maybe that has improved some. Either one of them as a key part of the package could be a great addition.

It may sound stupid but the 2nd in 09 really makes me feel better about this deal.
Casavant and Quaile will be good additions but in comparison to the Marquardt deal seemed like a little less than I was expecting. What should be a high draft pick in a deep draft in 09 helps.
