Lockey won't get "released"......but IMO, he's one of the players that may be traded.
and no, he wont be on this team next season.

I would like to have Locke back here but where can we put him our lines are set and they have great chemistry together.Right now were in a tough situation and maybe adding another Newfoundlander might bring more people to the rink.

I think Locke is a better player then you guys give him credit for. If he were to get more consistent ice time with the same line you might see better results. I've seem him play some pretty good games only to be a healthy scratch for the next game.

I agree.. Locke has alot more to add to this team than he's been given the chance to show

He has good offensive skill, but only shows his "flash" in occasional games. Fans can leave the rink on games and Locke can be the best player on the ice.......and next game you don't notice him. He has been given time on the top two lines, albeit not a lot. I like the kid, but he could be one of "those" players that the Rocket shop around to see what's being offered.

If given the right opportunity he could be more consistent.

Locke is a very good player and would show it a lot more if his confidence was boosted a bit... it is hard to get motivated when you are used to playing a scattered shift in a scattered game... the rocket seem to have this effect on their players ...
