I think they'll make a push for some of the higher end "NCAA guys" they own the rights to. Based on stats, O'Leary is doing next to nothing in the USHL. That can't be helping his draft status and I could see him having a change of heart. But that's not really the type of addition the Cats need to make. They more so need a guy like Krys or McInnis, but both are having good seasons and I highly doubt you ever see them here. In the end I just can't see the Cats making any major additions that sacrifice the future. The year the new building opens is too important and players like Crossman, Cyr, Lavoie, Aspirot plus the two first round picks in 2016 should all be key contributors to that season. If they do any buying I expect it to be Beaton and Zilbert-esque additions like last season, but on the blueline instead of up front. If they could get a guy like Guillaume Beaudry, Nicolas Latulippe or Kevin Laliberté without giving up a key asset I'm sure they'll look into it. The think I don't like about the tinkering approach is, you have a Garland likely in his last year and you are neither maximising his value by A-selling or B-loading up with him as the main cog...but I'm sure some are tired of hearing me talk about it.

Reports saying Michael Joly has been traded to Cape Breton. The price tag: Two picks including a first rounder plus a prospect. Pretty steep for a half-year player.

Rimouski loaded up last year it was always expected they would be sellers this year capitalizing on a soft 20 year old market makes perfect sense for them.....

He's a 20, does that mean Sweeney is gone? They just had an article in the paper today about "Kosack a welcome addition" so it's safe to say he's here. Can't see them adding him for the two or three more weeks that Sweeney is going to be out for

He's a 20 right, does that mean Sweeney is gone? I thought Moncton would be loading instead of selling?

I hope Charlottetown is on the phone with them for Johnson especially with I'Brien being out for a while

Strategically, Johnson would make more sense because of our depth up front.
Unless it's a great offer for Sweeney of course which helps the future.

Is Sweeney not hurt? They could be picking him up for two weeks then dumping him just to give the team short term depth. Coulombe just filled the same role for Shawinigan while Taylor was out.
