Pokka for DiDemenco today another deal, although minor there both in the AHL as Ottawa had assigned DiDemenco to Beleville today.

DiDomenico gets passed around more often than a joint at an outdoor music festival

The Sens better not trade Hoffman or they'll have one very pissed off Senators fan, although I think Stone/Karlsson are the only untouchables.
Eugene Melynk taking over as CEO I don't like the move very much.

DiDomenico gets passed around more often than a joint at an outdoor music festival Kind of a shame really, good hard working bottom six guy that could contribute offensively and wasn’t awful in his own end. I thought he was fitting very well in Ottawa. I liked him more than Thompson, Pratt, and Dumont.

All I ask is for this miserable season to end, it started so well.

Dion Phanfeuf, Chris Didimineco, and Derrick Brassard all traded. Jim O’Brien signed to a two year (this season and next) two way contract, then placed on waivers along with Johnny Odyua, and Alexander Burrows. Might end up seeing Drake Batherson on this team next season if they keep going this way and wanna be cheap.

Will be interesting to see how they hit the cap floor next year if they manage to offload both Karlsson and Bobby Ryan ...

When does Ottawa need to decide which 1st to send to Colorado?
It just feels inevitable that Sakic's cashing in on that pick with a top 3 selection after how all that played out and how everything Ottawa touches right now turns to shit.
Extending Dorion might have been Melnyk's worst move. Unless that Karlsson/Uber story is true....

So when they do the draft lottery and Ottawa gets their slot, as long as it’s 1-10 Colorado gets next years first, 11-31 it’s this years.

So when they do the draft lottery and Ottawa gets their slot, as long as it’s 1-10 Colorado gets next years first, 11-31 it’s this years. So they're likely giving up a top pick next year as that isn't top 10 protected. They could be better off giving up this years if its in the 6-10 range. Next season likely isn't going to go any better.
