It was bound to happen eventually. Highly unlikely they’d go the whole year without a game like this.

Go out and roll on the road and shit the bed I front of your fans. I didn’t expect them to win out to March, but it’s one thing to lose 3-2 vs being exposed vs not even a top team.

Fucking embarrassing. Bag skate I will contribute to the fine payment. Little too big headed. Someone came to work tonight and they weren’t wearing red. Maybe 14-1 tomorrow vs Drummondville?

Bad start and never recovered. Keep in mind they were on the road all last weekend until Tuesday night. So maybe this was due. Couldn't have had much good practice time this week.
Once they got in that deep hole early it was over. The measure of this team is not that this game happened but rather how they respond now that it did.
Most times these losses come in twos. So this could be first coachable moment of this season.

Show some character both in tomorrow nights game and in the game in sherbrooke( whenever that is) If I’m wearing red and I care at all I am circle the date on the calendar when ya meet Sherbrooke again. Time will tell if it’s a one off.

According to a certain Bathurst poster Rumble is the best coach right now in the maritime division ahead of Hulton and Veilleiux. You guys shouldn’t be complaining

We have had excellent goaltending all season up until now. Tonight both goaltenders did not have a good night. A few dmen also had a bad night. The entire team was off tonight and mostly because they would coast when they didn't have the puck.
We have been flying a little too high lately ... players are reading the press clippings, looking at the standings and the CHL top 10. We've seen it all before ... they came crashing back to earth. A minor blip ... we'll probably be much better vs Drum tonight.
Nothing to see here.

Looked like a lot of factors added together, defense had a terrible night, a couple of goals were forwards blowing by them, Lecoultre set somebody up in the slot in the 3rd, soft coverage in front. Goalies did not make a few easy saves and very few hard ones. The forwards were mediocre, missed on some good chances but also a lot of poor passes and turnovers. Real team effort!
Sherbrooke has a lot of good young players, should be a force in the coming years..

How did Bellamy and Jacques look? They played together and were very solid, a combined +2. Jacques is not flashy but good mobility for a big guy and makes a good 1st pass.

Not that it would have made any difference but I would love to see a replay of the goal at the end of the second period. Myself and everyone around us were sure we heard the buzzer sound as Jentzsch was shooting the puck, let alone it sounding anywhere near close to it going in the net. I can even faintly hear it on the highlights just as he's shooting. Does the horn go off before the time on the clock ends? Incredibly bizarre that it counted as I'm not sure anyone in the building thought it would.
