So should we consider this road trip a success? Two out of three wins? Or did that last game put the road trip down? All three games should have been winnable. The last game showed again the symptoms from a few weeks ago. Lots of goals against, poor PK, D more involved with attack than defense? Normally you should be happy with two out of three wins on the road, but still.... 2 more games on the road trip. Let’s see how they fair in those games

If they can win one of the games up North between RN or VD and go 3 out 5 or win both and go 4 out of 5 I would say it is successful. if they lose both and go 2 - 3 on the trip then I would say it's not bad but not successful. It's time to start winning more than they lose.

Let’s see how they fair in those games I think 3 out of 5 on the road would be a pretty good outcome. Positive - It looks like the Cjakovic-Guay-Burns line is really gelling and real offensive potential. Negative - the PK is so bad.

When you're a below .500 team and you win 2 out of 3, then I'd consider it a success so far, not a huge success but a success nonetheless. All 3 games were winnable but all 3 were loseable too. In the last 4 games the team has won 3 of 4, all on the road. That's one fewer road victory in that stretch than the team had all of last season. There's certainly room for improvement but I'll take it.

Halfway through the game in Val dor and it’s 5-1. The sea dogs have given up 13 goals in the last game and a half. The dogs are outshooting Val dor 30-20 at the end of the second yet the D seems to be non existent.

...and we're back in the danger zone of missing the playoffs...again.
Time to rake up that other thread again
